I would definitely go back to this location. The food was made well, and correctly. I enjoyed every bite of my sourdough jack because the meat and bacon were cooked perfect, the bread was toasty and buttery. But the main reason I decided to leave this review is because of the experience I had with the girl in the drive thru. She was so helpful and understanding. I was having an issue placing an order online and it did not let me redeem a coupon for a free burger that I had, I boiled it down to maybe it being too late. understanding hadn’t realized they were closing at 10 and I had gotten there around 9:25. I felt bad about that but she definitely did not let it affect her mood and made up for the coupon not working with her kindness and empathy.

This place has done an absolute 360. The service and employees were horrible at one point. I told myself I would never go back. I happened to be in the area again and decided to give them another chance. They blew me away. The food was perfect, employees were awesome, and management is friendly. Great job. Thank you.

Food was all fresh, the young man behind the register was in training but did a perfect job. The manager was on the phone walking around not doing much but talking. The headset wasn't even being used. Everything hit the spot and me having umpteen years with food service want to see the guy at the counter move up quick. He deserves it dealing with the manager. Food was good though people!

The food was cold. I picked up the food in the drive-thru. It was the tacos, which are deep fried when ordered.. Do not understand how deep fried can be so cold.

Had just placed my order on the mobile app, not even 5 minutes later the food came out and it was soggy and cold. Service is usually good, but my most recent visit wasn't the best.
