I ordered Jerk chicken pasta a few minutes before closing. When I got home the food was cold as if it was in the fridge. Pasta was cold and the chicken wasn’t jerk but instead baked with ranch dressing. I called the restaurant immediately and explained what happened, then they told me I must have gotten someone else’s food and I could come and get a freshly made order again. When I got there the cashier with the nastiest attitude ever, ignored me for approximately 3 minutes then put my food on the counter then head back to the kitchen, without an apology (Worst customer service). I then attempted to eat the second plate and it sadly once again cold! I decided to just warm it up and eat it anyways. When I took my plate out the microwave there was a weird smell like but I thought maybe it’s the sauce and I was starving!! I ate some and it tasted like raw baked chicken in Italian and ranch dressing! I couldn’t eat anymore because it was very distasteful!!! About 10 minutes later I had diarrhea and vomited once. I called the owners this morning and she was saying she has to investigate first, because anyone can call and say what I’m saying. She took my number, I waited but she never called back so I went to the restaurant with the two plate of spoiled food and her attitude was nasty and she showed me the sign “NO REFUND” and she kept defending her food and basically disbelieved what I told her and was very unprofessional!

Bought a small cabbage and saltfish with yam and banana with two bread fruit my total was 18.25! Like really for the cheapest ingredients! Last time I eat there!! Place went down hill!!!! I can buy two ackee meals for 21 elsewhere that’s just a good!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I ordered a fish dinner, and on the menu, it was $25 plus tax. When the cashier rang my order up, it was $30 plus tax, so I said to the cashier, the skinny girl who had a nasty attitude. The menu said $25; she says oh, the menu is not correct; well who's fault is that?! Not my fault your sign is not reflecting the right price. I purchased my fish dinner, which was good when I ate it. Be nice to have some decent customer service, I won't be spending my money somewhere where I feel like I'm being difficult.

Extremely clean and brightly lit little restaurant. I stopped in around lunch time (1pm) and the food on display looked like it had been freshly cooked and it all looked delicious. The lady at the register was nice, courteous and patient while she answered any questions I had. My beef patty tasted great with a just a tiny bit of spice to it. For anyone thinking about eating here, please note: > They have no diet sodas. Their drink cooler looked packed so I don't think they were out and it was probably because they don't ever carry any. Luckily, there's a small mart next door where you can buy some > There was a sign on the door that said no one could eat inside due to covid and anyone going inside had to wear a mask. Everyone working there was also wearing a mask > They except credit and debit cards as forms of payment

The food looks, smells and tastes delicious! There are a variety of items on the menu that make me happy that they do not have their own delivery system! The cooks prepare and display the food just like the beautiful pictures. The service from the staff at the register is becoming more like the stereotypical Jamaican restaurant! It is feeling as though they have to be coerced into a greetings other than next rather than showing an appreciation that there is a line during a pandemic when most businesses are struggling to remain open. They are the only reason for a less than 5 star rating.
