Iron Chef of Central Valley

We love it here! I come every year for my birthday - this year was the best though. The chef was incredible, very funny and very entertaining. The staff stayed on top of our drinks, never had to ask for refills, everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious.

I made reservations at this restaurant for my sister’s birthday and we had an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. They also followed all food allergy precautions. Then, they surprised my sister with a birthday song that played on surround sound speakers throughout the entire restaurant. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great hibachi spot! Food was delicious and portion sizes were on point as well! We came a second time this year for her birthday, Jason was the one who cooked our hibachi. We came an hour before closing and felt terrible, yet he still made the experience phenomenal. His energy was outstanding. He truly made the restaurant/hibachi experience worthwhile.

This place is terrible. They have great food but the service is a ZERO! Had an 8pm reservation tonight. Got there 10 mins ahead of scheduled time. Stood at the desk for 10 mins straight while still walked past me, host walked up, didn’t acknowledge me, checked the computer, asked me if I was there for pick up and once I informed them I wasn’t and that I had a reservation they walked away. SMH. This is the second time this has happened this year. The first time I made an excuse for them because it was a holiday. But now I see this is just how unprofessional they are. Low class place. I will never waste my time with this place again unless they get new management.

Although we have lived in the area for many years, this was our first visit. We were a party of five, celebrating birthdays. Two of us are vegetarians, and we requested the Hibachi table. Service was lovely, the food was great, and the Chef entertained beautifully. He was also able to accommodate separate requests--such as low sodium soy sauce for one of us, rare fish for another, and rare steak for a third person in our party. The check, when it came, clearly stated that the gratuity was included. We found the value to be outstanding and will come here again. Though we all chose the Hibachi dinner selections, the restaurant offers a wide variety of Asian fusion and sushi dishes as well.

We visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The staff were polite and professional and the interior design is beautiful. Our hibachi chef was charming and attentive and the food was savory and delicious. The sushi was fresh and creative! I recommend the dinosaur egg sushi as it was unexpected and delicious! The filet melted in my mouth as well. Well done Iron Chef! We will he back!
