Imperial Taste

Have been going to this Chinese spot since 2008. Recently changed management post covid. Fortunately they kept the cooks and food tastes exactly the same. Hands down my favorite Chinese spot in NYC. In my 15 years of going to this spot, the must haves are: 1) Fried Chicken Wings with Pork Fried Rice 2) Chicken with Garlic Sauce 3) Singapore Rice noodles 4) General Tso's Chicken

Hands down the best Chinese food in queens! We been ordering from imperial for a long time, it hits the spot every single time. They’re very consistent. The lady in the front is an acquired taste. She does her job well though!

Surprisingly good chinese food for my first time coming here, I ordered a lo mein combo and was amazed by how good both the fried rice and lo mein was. Will order from here the next time I’m around the area for work!

I used to love ordering from this place, been eating here for 10 years. However, this place is suffering from the worst customer service especially in the past 3 months. Today I ordered a VEGETARIAN Singapore mai fun with no egg no meat for my vegan mother and the woman who answered seemed to be the older woman's (one of the owner's) daughter who took my order said yes to my requests. When the order arrived home the dish had pork and shrimp in it. When I called to ask what went wrong the daughter has a nasty rude attitude and did not admit she was wrong and refused to give credit. No, i wouldn't drive back to return the order during rush hour on a weekday so credit would be the smart option to give someone who paid cash. The daughter raised her voice at me when i repeated how i ordered it. see below the pic of the meat in the veggie signapore mai fun no eggg no the first time an issue like this occurred the mother also refused to acknowledge she heard or wrote the order wrong, when i asked for a chicken noodle soup and she gave me veggie. the customer service sucks and i think these women need to find jobs where they work alone bc disrespecting your customers make you not want to order again which i will never.

The cashier was yelling at a customer when I was there. Was picking up an order for a friend and she flipped out when I paid via card lmao. Wouldn't come back on my own.
