Imperial Palace Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant located at 93 Main St in North Woodstock, New Hampshire (zip code 03262). As a local establishment within the Chinese Restaurant category, Imperial Palace aims to provide Chinese culinary options to residents and visitors of the North Woodstock area. They can be contacted by phone at (603) 745-3388 or their mobile number, +1 603-745-3388.

Based on the limited customer reviews available, the environment and services at Imperial Palace Restaurant have received negative feedback. One reviewer who dined in after hiking Mt. Willard described the experience as "a mess" and noted that the restaurant seemed "very unorganized." This suggests potential issues with the operational efficiency and overall ambiance of the dining area. The same reviewer, identifying as Asian, also indicated that the food was "not great at all" and expressed dismay over the cleanliness of the cutlery, stating that the spoon and fork were "not cleaned enough." This raises concerns about hygiene standards within the restaurant.

Another reviewer who visited on a Sunday night when the restaurant was quiet upon arrival (with just several people at the bar) also reported a negative experience. Their feedback focused on the quality of the food, describing the fried rice as "old" and tasting like it had an excessive amount of salt, possibly to mask its staleness. The chicken with broccoli sauce was labeled as "awful," and the teriyaki was described as "dry." While the soup was deemed "ok," the overall culinary experience was considered an "absolute waste of money." This reviewer also mentioned a disruptive element in the environment, noting "the child running around was the icing on the cake," which further detracts from a potentially peaceful dining atmosphere.

The features of Imperial Palace Restaurant, as reflected in the reviews, do not highlight any particularly positive aspects. The food items specifically mentioned – fried rice, chicken with broccoli sauce, and teriyaki – all received negative comments regarding their taste and quality. The soup was the only dish mentioned that was not explicitly criticized, being labeled as merely "ok." The negative feedback from a customer identifying as Asian, who found the food "not great at all," suggests that the authenticity and flavor profiles may not meet the expectations of those familiar with Chinese cuisine.

Promotional information about Imperial Palace Restaurant is entirely absent from the provided text. There are no mentions of lunch specials, discounts, popular dishes, or any other details that might entice potential customers. The lack of positive feedback or any indication of special offerings makes it challenging to identify any unique features or promotions that would attract local users.

In summary, the limited customer reviews available for Imperial Palace Restaurant in North Woodstock, NH, paint a negative picture of the dining experience. Concerns are raised regarding the restaurant's organization, cleanliness of cutlery, and the quality of several key dishes, including fried rice, chicken with broccoli sauce, and teriyaki. One reviewer also noted a disruptive environment due to a child running around. While one dish (soup) was considered acceptable, the overall sentiment from these reviews is one of disappointment and a recommendation to avoid the restaurant.

For local users in North Woodstock and those visiting the area, these reviews serve as a strong caution against dining at Imperial Palace Restaurant based on the experiences shared. The issues raised about food quality, cleanliness, and organization are significant and should be carefully considered. Without any positive feedback or information about improvements, it is difficult to recommend this establishment. Potential customers might want to explore other dining options in the area that have received more favorable reviews.

The consistent negative feedback in the provided reviews, particularly concerning food quality and cleanliness, suggests that Imperial Palace Restaurant may need to address significant operational and culinary issues to improve customer satisfaction. The lack of any positive comments or promotional information further underscores the challenges this establishment may be facing in attracting and retaining customers. Local users seeking a reliable Chinese dining experience in North Woodstock might be better served by considering alternative restaurants with more positive and consistent reviews.

After hiking Mt. Willard we were looking for a great food spot and thought we can't go wrong with Chinese food. But dining in here was a mess, it seems very unorganized. As an asian, food wasn't great at all and to my dismay, the spoon and fork is not cleaned enough.

Spent $60. Sunday night so was quiet at arrival. Just several people at the bar. Fried rice was old tasted like they put a cup of salt in it maybe to hide the old taste, chicken with broccoli sauce was awful. Teriyaki was dry. Soup was ok. Absolute waste of money and the child running around was the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and just don't.

The music seems controlled by the bar guests, which makes for a disappointing meal atmosphere unless you're a fan of the Black Eyed Peas circa 2007 on level 10. One woman was repeatedly spouting profanities at 4:30 in the afternoon complaining about her Keno while we were trying to have a meal that included my 9-year-old. The food was kind of overpriced for what it was, but the flavor was good. I don't think we'll go back.

Out of all the restaurants I've ever been to this place was utter garbage. Prices on the menu did not match prices on the bill. My food was served to me cold. The sauces that came with the meal were sour and spoiled. Egg rolls were still cold in the middle like frozen in the middle. When I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue I was told no refunds. I spent almost $100 at this place and I could have got better food out of a dumpster behind a McDonald's. It was disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. I highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Don't waste your money don't waste your time. And I get told no refunds. The gentleman that I talked to told me if I ever came back he'd give me 50% off on an appetizer as compensation for wasting $100 on food that was inedible. Overcooked, dry, crusty or spoiled is the only way to describe the food that I received.

Stayed at a nearby hotel and they suggested it to us. The food was very good and was approved by 4 kids 10 and under. Would definitely order again from them when I revisit the area.
