Ichiban Sushi & Chinese Cuisine

**Beware** Chicken was very undercooked. Pink in the middle and cold to the touch. Had to toss the whole meal. I called seeking resolution, and was told “some pink is common when frying chicken. It’s dark meat. If you bring it here and we can confirm it’s raw, we’ll give you store credit.” [we had used DoorDash] IMO the situation was handled poorly on the phone. Who I assume was the manager had to use the young person who was speaking to me as proxy for language, so something may have been lost there. But i gathered from the tone that the non-English speaking manager was dismissive and skeptical by default.

This is the only place we order from. Food is really really good. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. Husband loves the sushi. Quality food. Love it here.

Great food and options! We tend to do takeout more often than dining in. Having a good sushi place nearby is great! I don't always want to drive 20 minutes for it. Fuji has a courteous staff, good service, and excellent food. I wish the inside had better ambiance though; it's like eating sushi in a Coney Island. They could do very well with a better sit-down dining experience.

I went here spur the moment with my mom. My sushi was delicious and the crab ragoons were amazing! She got the lo mien, she said it was good and let me try some. Honestly the best lo mien I have had in a long time. It even reheats really good too. You get a fair amount of food for the cost too! I will be a regular and I can’t wait to have my friends try it too.
