Ichiban Sushi and Grill

This has been our favorite bang-for-our-buck sushi place for years. It does seem like the quality dropped compared to when we last went; sushi falling apart a bit before even picking up, undercooked edamame, seaweed was more overpowering and chewy than usual. I typically love their sushi and have had their other dishes, barbecue pork fried rice being a rare dish around here and one of my favorites.

Wonderful time at Ichiban! Great prices! Wonderful variety of delicious sushi rolls! Had chicken teriyaki, Romance Rolls, Utah Rolls, and Rocky Mountain Rolls. The server, Lily, was fantastic and helpful! Worth the trip!

Great sushi at reasonable prices. They also have chinese food dishes. Ame parking, seated quickly. Services was good.

The food was ok.. the service was horrible! They have staff who don't care! Our waitress took our soy sauce off the table to give to another table ,leaving us with low sodium soy sauce and when we asked for it back , she wouldn't get it, stating that the low sodium was the same stuff! They were in 2 different bottles.. they clearly tasted different from each other!! And it was on our table to begin with!! She took it when she took my drink for a refill... I thought she was going to fill it also but she put it on another table.. Not all the tables were full.. why did she have to take ours? Is there not enough soy sauce bottles at a restaurant that should have more than enough? My wife sat there waiting, with her food cold by the time the waitress returned and we had to ague to get her to get us regular soy... we took our food home to eat! Really not impressed with the service.. doesn't matter how good the food is , if you have horrible servers people won't want to come back!! PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE THERE AND TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE REQUEST MAY BE! A simple bottle on every table like there should be and this waitress wouldn't have Ben bothered by us... she acted like it was our fault.. like we were inconveniencing her for asking for our soy back..
