ICHI NI SAN Asian Ramen & Sushi

The sushi was delightful, each piece meticulously prepared. The freshness of the fish was apparent in every bite, showcasing the high quality of the ingredients. The ambiance was pleasant and comfortable, though it could benefit from a more distinctive character. The service, while attentive and polite when available, was a bit slow. However, the overall dining experience was positive, and some thoughtful enhancements to the atmosphere would elevate it to match the exceptional quality of the food.

The beef ramen soup was salty. I asked for hot water and then that was fixed. Place was low key pretty, clean, and service was prompt, efficient and staff were friendly. Their sushi and donuts were fresh and tasty. Definitely the highlight of our meal. Price point ain't bad either. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Everything was amazing here! Great place to eat! Especially the tempura broccoli, super yummy!! The waiters are very sweet here as well 🫶🏻 (Pictures are Mango Creamy Boba, Shoyu if I'm correct Sliced Chicken Ramen & the Tempura Broccoli. All delicious!)

Great place! The Spicy Chicken Tom Yum was some of the best I've ever had and I've tried a lot all over the place. Impressive. Highly recommended and I'll be back.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow! It is so difficult to find a good Ramen place. This is an authentic Japanese restaurant that the space is probably no larger than 20ft by 100ft on the intercostal of Daytona. It's a small hidden gem here. There are dozens of Ramen options, which is a rarity! I had the massusaka Ramen. The broth was so flavorful, the ingredients were plentiful and fresh! Grilled meat, seaweed, chives, egg, and more! I could not stop eating it!! We also ordered the Captain Jack roll and salmon onigiri. Both were phenomenal! My wife ordered the cream fresh mango Boba tea and it was fresh, creamy, and delicious! Finally, the server, Sam, was so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and attentive! He helped us pick the right options and the food came out really quick and fresh too! Please don't miss out on this truly authentic Japanese place tucked away hidden in Daytona!
