Seems like a nice Asian company with a nice menu and prices. Cute girls at the promotion were giving away presentation boxes for subscription . My teenage daughter loves different Asian stuff and wanted to get a promo box as a gift ) but the nice girls tricked her by saying you have to sign up for a paid memeber to get the free-box😵‍💫. Not kids-friendly. They cheat. I do not recommend . And judging by the numerous negative reviews - this company should be blocked .

Im a rider this app could be good if they got rid of the time slots and just let you sign in, and access your funds same day. The way it is right now it's pretty much a joke

I had a frustrating experience with Hungry Panda while ordering Hainan Chicken from Coco Rooster. I specifically scheduled my delivery for September 20 between 3:45-4:30 PM, but instead, my order arrived at 10:05 AM on September 19. When I reached out to the merchant about the timing, they stated they are not responsible as long as the food was delivered, and they refused to issue a refund. The food was inedible after being left outside overnight, and I had to scramble to make other arrangements for my meal. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

0 stars! The food arrived more than 2hours late. They only offered me a 6 dollar future coupon. When I can’t even eat my lunch. The noodles was hard as rock. Deleted the app immediately after this. Never going to use this app ever again.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My first time using the service and it was a total disappointment. I placed an order a couple days ago at 11:34 am and did not receive my food until 1:41pm. According to the timeline on the app, the food was ready by 12:22pm and just sat there until it was picked up an hour later. I tried to cancel the order with a customer service rep when they were 30 minutes past the estimated delivery window and was told they couldn’t bc the food was already made. I mentioned that the food has been sitting there for almost an hour with no driver in sight and I no longer wanted it bc it would be cold. CS rep said driver is on the way and that if the food isn’t satisfactory, I could ask for a refund then. I requested a refund through the app when I finally received my cold, nasty pan fried buns that cost $41.64 with service fees and tip. I received a phone call from them 2 days later following up on the refund request to tell me they are going to give me a $5 credit for my next order and how they can’t refund the amount I paid. $5?? That’s ridiculous and insulting and I will never use their service again. I will be sticking to Doordash and ubereats.
