My girlfriend ordered a pizza online at 9:20pm. They told her it would take about 25 mins to deliver. At around 9:55 the pizza never came, she paid a delivery tip online as well. So 9:55 she called in asking where her pizza was. The person on the phone said the order came in as pick up..it would ve taken us a few mins after 10pm to pick the pizza up. They person on the phone said they would be closed by 10pm. When she asked for a refund the person on the phone said they will deliver the pizza...we waited and waited and the pizza never came..the person on the phone was irrigant and very unprofessional and we will never order from his place again!!!!still never gotten the money refunded either.

My family has ordered here several times over the years we've lived in Dunedin (Hungry Howies was a HUGE staple in my college diet back in Gainesville lol) - however I have to give a shout out to the staff today and their amazing way to treat a customer - they handed me 1 too many boxes and when I attempted to correct them, they said "we screwed up the flavored crust you wanted on one of them, feel free to take both home"!! An amazing save, I would have been fine with a straying from the order but need to give them props for going above and beyond. Im waaay too full now, thank you Dunedin Hungry Howies!

Worst location I've ever been too. Every time I call to order ahead they rush you off the phone and talk so fast you can barely understand them. If you ask questions they get irritated. It's customer service, thats your job to answer questions. Then they never take your name for the order and act like putting a half of a topping on one side and half on the other warrants jacking the Wacky Wednesday price up to the $10.99 pizza for essentially the same amount of toppings. Then they cheaped me out of the pepperoni on the one half. Every other location in the surrounding area DOES NOT do that. Especially to a regular customer. Ridiculous. Won't be going back here.

Been trying different pizza places . Hungry Howie. Extremely satisfied . This will go to pizza place .good price and a very good pizza pie.
