Hungry Howie's Pizza

I really appreciate the above and beyond service I received at this Hungry Howie’s location. The food and service was great. The manager Casey is Awesome and goes above and beyond to help his customers —He and the staff were super friendly The Cashier was very professional, patient, helpful and provided excellent customer service. The store was clean, the entire staff was great—welcoming, helpful, and made me feel valued. Truly great service at this location.

i used to love this hungry howie’s, but yesterday i ordered a pizza. they forgot my sauce, which is fine, that’s not what this is about. i had two slices of my pizza, they tasted yummy, but at about 10:00 last night i started puking absolutely everything up. the only thing i ate yesterday was howies and oatmeal, i know the oatmeal didn’t give me food poisoning, i’m pretty positive it was the pizza.

Don’t bother ordering curbside from this location; they don’t bring it out to the car. I always end up going inside after waiting patiently for 10-15 minutes. (The food itself is good!)

Order the samething almost all the time, yet they still get it wrong. Now they did attempt to make it right by offering me a refund or credit on my next visit were i paid only 2.00 out of pocket for my food. Customer service could be better..

Pizza is alright but do not order dessert or extra sauce because you will pay for it and never get it. I guess they just pocket that money. I've ordered extra sauce and/or icing and this is the 3rd time where I don't get it in a row. I don't know why you would put a picture of cinnamon bread with icing on it when you have to order it separately and then never get it anyway when you do. Papa John's doesn't seem to have this problem so I'm just going to go with them from now on.
