Hunan Garden

My entire family has been going here for 20+ years. Nights, weekends, holidays you name it. Food is always delicious. We have had my daughter's birthday dinner here every year (her choice) for as long as I can remember. Just had it two weeks ago. There is a nice area in the back we can fit our very large family. Thank you guys for always accommodating our family and the great service.

I was out here in Rosenberg for work looking for a place to eat. I called about 8:37 pm to do a to go order. Instead of saying you’re past the 8:30 cut off time, they said we close at 9 pm. I said not a problem I could be right there. I arrived about 8:45pm my to go order was ready to go. I received excellent customer service from the beginning when placing the order and when picking up my 1st order. I ordered chicken friend rice and an egg roll. The food was great, packaged properly, portions are great and very tasty! I decided tonight I wanted to try them a 2nd time. Just like before, great service, great food, packaged properly, and very tasty. I also got the egg drop soup this time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the staff at Hunan Garden! =)

The food at Human Garden was amazing! I had the General Tso’s chicken, and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The egg rolls were hands down the best in all of Texas homemade and far superior to the frozen ones most places serve. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for high-quality, flavorful Chinese food!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!! I never in a million years would have thought they would automatically put a tip while dining in. I have been a consistent regular for over 2 decades. Needless to say, they usually give you the tab at the table and you check out at the front and you write how much tip you would like to leave, but today was different. Today they didn’t give me an option to write how much i would like to tip they just automatically charged me $4. I really have a problem with this because what if i didn't catch they did that? It makes me wonder how many times have they done that and I've just never noticed? How many times have I left a cash tip & still been charged extra? I mean seriously since I was a little girl my family & I frequently came here, but after today we won’t be back anymore. The disrespect I experienced from the older man I’m assuming the owner and his employees about me bringing up the fact they automatically put a tip amount on my tab was beyond disrespectful, embarrassing, humiliating & of course frustrating. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I will never recommend this establishment again.

I have enjoyed Hunan Garden Since the 1997. It is one of the best Chinese foods. It is truly the Best Chinese food in the Houston Area. I appreciate the Great Service and the Quality, and the Consistency of the food is amazing. I have really had some great times great meals Christmas Dinner and Family Dinners I have always enjoyed an Excellent Meal and Great Time when dinning at Hunan Garden in Rosenberg Texas. Thank You.
