DO NOT EAT HERE! Me and my guy have eaten here many times prior and spent a lot of money because the food was good. On today, we spent close to $50, but most of the food was disgusting, and the staff & owner was extremely rude & unprofessional. The bad parts of the order included a whole order & half order of ham fried rice, and 2 orders of chicken wings. The rice was really nasty & the wings weren't fresh. They were extremely dry, dark, and overcooked (pic attached). We called & spoke with either the manager or owner. She first asked what was wrong, but when trying to tell her, she cut me off & told me something must be wrong with my body & then hung up on me! WHAT?! I called back & spoke with the owner, but when trying to tell her about the food, she started screaming at me about taking up time on the phone from other customers! WHAT?! I told her that I'm a paying customer too. But she kept putting me on hold without notice & mad I was still on the phone. She did this several times to get me off the phone. So now they lost a longtime customer! SMH.
I’ve been eating here for a while, but I have to stop now that there are new people working the front counter. They are so rude and suck at their jobs. My food is never ready when I get there anymore and I always order at least 20 minutes before picking it up. Last time I came, my food was just sitting under the lamp the entire time. I was waiting so long because the guys at the counter forgot to bag it. Today was the final straw. The guy kept telling me I needed to confirm my order before he could give me my food. He said I needed to press a confirm button. I showed him my screen as there was no confirm button to press, only a receipt. He made it seem like I was trying to scam the store. He finally said I needed to let the delivery driver pick up my order. I told him I ordered for pickup not delivery. He looked at his screen again and compared my order number to his screen (verified every single letter) and realized his mistake. He handed me my food and didn't say a word to me or look at me. He didn't apologize for treating me like some criminal. I won't be ordering from here again. My food was cold by the time I got home to eat it because they prolonged the pickup process.
Food is good. I asked for receipt one person told me they don't give receipt on cash purchase and the other says cash register is broke so which is it. The point is they not paying taxes on cash purchase. I have to pay taxes why they not this is bad business I will not go there again just because the food is good. If I pay taxes why shouldn't they. Also I didn't get my free soda and I spent 22.00 what a rip off. Went back same thing no real receipt just hand written. Whole order of special fried rice in the same box as half order of special fried rice.
Very good classic Chinese cuisine. The gizzards are delicious! Fried rice was perfect! Crab ragoon was highly tasty.
1st time going accidently ordered from this location instead of the one up the yrs. No complaints our food was good. Not too oily and crab ragoon wasn't too big and not too sweet. Egg foo young sauce was decent but thought it would be 2 patties with the combo. Prices good.
