GREAT MEAL! Great time tonight! Came with family and had a great time. Our server, Dustin was ON SPOT at all times. Anticipated our drinks, etc. Cordial, respectful, humorous. REALLY made it a great time! Thanks Dustin!

don't bother coming here on the weekend, arrive at 5 PM had to wait for bowls to get our food, got one plate of food and I got so busy you had to wait a half an hour in line to get your food cooked, half the things ran out and there was a line out the door. it's not worth it for the price or the food or the service.

I was really excited to come here because I love the HuHot in the Dells so much, it was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 11:07 and were the second folks to arrive for the day. We walked in they promptly served the folks in front of us and the walked away from the host station and ignored me and my partner. Several servers walked by us all looking down and ignoring us. We had to ask to be seated & once we were our server never came over once aside bringing us water, which she did while we were away. We watched her go up to other tables and ask them if they wanted to order appetizers, sodas etc. There is nothing worse than being at a restaurant and feeling like everyone in the place is getting better service than you. Was it because we looked different than everyone else? Was it because my friend was disabled? Also all of the cilantro and jalapeños in the buffet were straight up rotten/black and the place had just opened. Really regret not just walking out without paying since you wouldn’t have noticed anyway. Very very bummed one of my favorite spots is ruined for me now. Don’t hire servers that can’t talk to everyone/ treat everyone with kindness and respect.

This restaurant is amazing. The food options are great, and the experience is incredibly unique. When you arrive, you are seated at a table where you order your drinks before going to start making your meal. Then you go to build your dinner bowl. There is a large variety of meats, vegetables, and pastas to build your bowl. Next you put your sauces on. There is a sign that gives you different flavors and how to get those flavors from the sauces available. Once you have all that complete, you take it to the cooking wall where the cooks will put your bowl on a giant frying wheel and cook your dinner. It is rather enjoyable to watch. When it’s cooked, the cooks will hand your meal to you on a clean plate. To add to your delight (if you are such a person to enjoy this) there are additional seeds and other toppings you are welcome to put on your meal. The building is decorated nicely, and the ambience is nice, no loud music. Business definitely picked up as the evening wore on, but it was never very crowded. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I come here a few times a month. I used to love HuHot. I’ve ate at a lot around the country. This one is pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness in the basic public areas. I’m pretty sure I’ve wrote a review before. And still nothing has changed. From walking in the front door dirty class. (I was the first customer this day ) the glass over the food is always dirty and smudged. Same goes for counters. Bathroom walls dirty. Walls next to the table dirty. Everything seemed to have a film of dirty or grease on it. It’s like someone used dirty rags to wipe down everything. Having worked in the service industry myself for a long time I can say that all these things are easily fixable. You got time to lean you got time to clean. Just seems a ship without a captain. I write this review not to make anyone mad but to hope they clean up (literally) their act. I’ve attached a few pictures I took. Clean your restaurant. It should be spotless when you open. And everything should be ready to roll at 11 when customers come in. Not 1105. Do better. Again this is not a one time visit. This place has been this way for over a year at least every time I come to visit.
