About Hua Yang
Welcome to Hua Yang, a Chinese restaurant located at 4345 Nathan Ln N Ste H, Plymouth, MN 55442, USA, dedicated to bringing a diverse and flavorful range of Chinese cuisine to the Plymouth community. As a Chinese restaurant, Hua Yang offers a menu that blends classic favorites with more regional specialties, including the notably spicy and numbing flavors of Sichuan cuisine. You can contact us at (763) 703-5913 or our mobile number +1 763-703-5913 to place an order or inquire about our offerings.
Based on recent customer reviews, Hua Yang has garnered praise for the quality and authenticity of its dishes. One enthusiastic reviewer described their experience as "fantastic," specifically highlighting the flavorful and tender chicken lo mein and the "perfectly spicy and numbing" Sichuan Dan Dan noodles. This suggests that Hua Yang excels in both familiar Chinese-American dishes and more regional specialties, catering to a wide range of palates.
A significant draw for some customers is Hua Yang's offering of less commonly found items. One reviewer specifically chose Hua Yang because it is "one of the few places left that have the dough 水饺/ Steamed Pork Dumplings (6)." These steamed pork dumplings were clearly a favorite, and the reviewer indicated that they would always prioritize restaurants that feature this particular dish. This highlights a potential specialty of Hua Yang that sets it apart from other Chinese restaurants in the area.
The 葱油饼 / Scallion Pancake (1) also received positive feedback, being described as "really good." However, the reviewer noted a minor wish for a dipping sauce, similar to what is often served with the dumplings. This suggests that while the scallion pancake itself is well-prepared, a small addition could further enhance the dining experience.
The hot and sour soup was described as having "more vinegar in it than I'm used to but still ok." This provides an objective assessment, acknowledging a slight variation in flavor profile that might differ from some individuals' preferences while still indicating that the soup is acceptable in quality. This kind of honest feedback can be helpful for those who have specific expectations regarding this popular soup.
The 芝麻鸡 / Sesame Chicken lunch portion was noted to be "large and really good." Sesame chicken is a widely enjoyed dish in Americanized Chinese cuisine, and the positive review, coupled with the mention of a generous portion size for the lunch special, suggests that Hua Yang offers good value and quality for their lunch menu.
While the reviews provide valuable insights into the food quality and specific dishes, there is no direct information available regarding the environment or ambiance of Hua Yang. Therefore, we cannot objectively describe the restaurant's décor, atmosphere, or overall dining experience within the establishment based on the provided text. Fantastic. Chicken lo mein was flavorful and tender and the Sichuan Dan Dan noodles were perfectly spicy and numbing.
I chose this place because they are one of the few places left that have the dough 水饺/ Steamed Pork Dumplings (6) , these are my favorite and I will always choose the places that have these. The 葱油饼 / Scallion Pancake (1) were really good, though I wish they came with the dipping sauce like the dumplings. The hot and sour soup had more vinegar in it than I'm used to buy still ok. The 芝麻鸡 / Sesame Chicken lunch was large and really good.
THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT EVEN WORTHY OF A FULL STAR. I ORDERED EGGROLL, WONTONS, CHICKEN FRIED RICE, STRAMED DUMPLINGS. ALL OF IT SUCKED. FOOD BELONGS IN THE GARBAGE AND IN JAIL FOR THE ASSAULT IT DID ON MY TASTE BUDS. THIS CHINESE TAKEOUT PLACE HAS TO BE A FRONT FOR SOME SHADY BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING A RESTAURANT. PRICES FOR THE QUALITY/QUANTITY IS JUST NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO REASONABLE.
Crazy good authentic Chinese Szechuan food. We had the boiled fish with chili sauce and eggplant with garlic chili sauce for the main dishes, and they were on point. The scallion pancakes were not oily, hold to their form, and like home made. The owner was really friendly too. A real hidden gem.
the best chinese food I have ever had, along with amazing service. You can tell the owners take pride in their food and the attention to detail can be tasted as well. I will commute from st. paul to come back here at least once a week. overall a wonderful experience!
