Based on the available customer reviews, the environment of House Of Leng appears to be conducive to a positive customer experience, at least in terms of service. One reviewer specifically praised the "patient and courteous front desk servers," indicating a welcoming and efficient interaction point for customers, particularly those picking up takeout orders. The same reviewer also mentioned having their first Strawberry Boba Tea at House Of Leng and enjoying it ever since, suggesting that the restaurant might offer a comfortable setting where customers feel inclined to try new beverages. However, the reviews do not provide detailed information about the overall ambiance, decor, or seating arrangements for dine-in customers, so a comprehensive description of the restaurant's environment cannot be fully established.

The services offered by House Of Leng include both takeout and potentially dine-in. One reviewer mentioned picking up takeout and interacting with the front desk, confirming the availability of this service. The positive experience with the front desk servers suggests that they handle takeout orders efficiently and with good customer service. The other reviewer who had a negative experience also mentioned ordering sesame chicken with fried rice, implying they utilized either takeout or delivery. The mention of Boba Tea also suggests that House Of Leng offers a beverage menu, which is often enjoyed on-site or taken away. While delivery is not explicitly mentioned, it is a common service for Chinese restaurants, so it is possible that House Of Leng provides this option as well, perhaps through third-party platforms.

Several features of House Of Leng can be identified from the customer feedback, presenting a somewhat contrasting view. One significant positive feature is the consistently high quality of food reported by one reviewer, who stated that the food is "always delicious, hot, and as expected." This suggests that for some customers, House Of Leng provides reliable and satisfying meals. Additionally, the "patient and courteous front desk servers" are highlighted as a positive aspect of their service, contributing to a pleasant experience when ordering or picking up food.

The fact that House Of Leng offers Strawberry Boba Tea and that a customer had a positive first experience with it there, becoming a repeat enjoyer, indicates that they might specialize in or at least offer a notable selection of bubble teas, which can be a significant draw for certain customers.

However, the other review presents a starkly different perspective on the food quality. This customer described their sesame chicken with fried rice as "horrible," specifically noting that the rice was "mushy" and "overcooked," and the chicken pieces were unusually large and not properly chopped. This negative feedback raises serious concerns about the consistency and quality of some of their dishes. The same reviewer also found the prices to be "a bit expensive compared to other places," especially considering the perceived poor food quality, leading to their decision not to return.

The contrasting experiences highlight a potential inconsistency in food preparation or quality control at House Of Leng. While some customers find the food delicious and the service courteous, others have had significantly negative experiences with the food's texture, preparation, and value for money.

Promotional information is not mentioned in either of the provided customer reviews. There are no indications of any special offers, discounts, or marketing campaigns being run by House Of Leng. Customers interested in potential promotions would need to inquire directly with the restaurant.

In conclusion, House Of Leng in Charlotte, NC, appears to be a Chinese restaurant that has garnered both positive and negative feedback. One customer consistently praises the delicious and hot food, as well as the courteous front desk service and their enjoyable Boba Tea. However, another customer reported a very negative experience with poorly prepared sesame chicken and fried rice, finding the prices high for the quality received. This discrepancy suggests a potential inconsistency in the food quality or different standards for various dishes. Local users considering House Of Leng might want to weigh these contrasting experiences. The positive mention of front desk service and Boba Tea could be appealing, but the negative feedback regarding a main dish raises concerns about overall food quality and value. It may be prudent to try a wider range of reviews or perhaps start with a less complex order to gauge their quality. For inquiries about their menu, services, or any potential promotions, House Of Leng can be contacted at (704) 510-5081 or +1 704-510-5081.

I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice. Horrible. The rice was mushy, overcooked, and the chicken were big pieces and not chopped up usually how sesame chicken portions are in smaller pieces. This was my first and last time trying this place. They are a bit expensive compared to other places, and the quality of the food is not worth the $$ spent. It’s so hard trying new places in Charlotte, and it ends up being a waste of money and food.

I ordered the orange chicken. I've never had/eaten "orange chicken" with sauce soo dark before. I'm used to "orange" chicken, light in color, with a twang of orange. This looked like dark gravey and it wasn't very good. The fried rice and eggroll was just ok. Probably wouldn't order from here again.

I had a great meal at this spot! The shrimp fried rice was fantastic—just the right mix of flavors with egg, peas, and carrots. I really appreciate when fried rice includes egg, as not all places do, and it made this one stand out. I also tried the General Chicken, which was tasty, though it was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. Of course, I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy eating (greedy, I know!), but I’d definitely go back again and try more from the menu!
