One customer who ordered takeout found the restaurant to be clean and the staff polite. They specifically praised the Singapore noodles as absolutely delicious with on-point flavors and a nice kick. The flavors of the chicken wings also held up well for takeout, and the egg roll was described as perfect. The hot and sour soup was considered solid, though a suggestion was made for a touch of sesame oil. While the teriyaki was noted to be very tough due to a thick cut of meat and primarily sweet flavor, the overall experience was positive, and the customer indicated they would definitely return. They also mentioned that while it is a fusion restaurant, the addition of lobster sauce to the menu, a staple in Massachusetts, would be appreciated.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. I grabbed some food to go. The Singapore noodles were absolutely delicious! Flavors were on point, and there was a nice kick. I also really liked the flavors of the chicken wings. I usually don't review wings when I get them to go, but the flavors held up perfectly. The egg roll was perfect! The hot and sour soup was solid. Could use a dash of sesame oil. I would have given a five, but the teriyaki was very tough. It was a very thick cut of meat. You really needed a knife and fork to eat it. It also had just a sweet flavor to it. I know that it's a fusion restaurant. However, it would have been nice to see lobster sauce on the menu. That is a staple in Massachusetts. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely go back.
I dined in yesterday with my boyfriend, and the food was amazing. I got the Chicken and Broccoli with Chicken Rice Soup and my boyfriend ordered Garlic Chicken with Chicken Rice Soup and it was very tasty for both of us. The service could use some work though. From the moment we got there the waitress asked us what we wanted right away as we sat down. Then after going to the bathroom she asked me again and I asked to give us more time as my boyfriend went to the bathroom, and then as soon as he came back she asked us what we want. I felt really rushed and uncomfortable and ordered at that point but I really wish we were given more time to decide. At the end of the meal I felt like it was a rush to get us out even though there were still 15-20 minutes until close. Not sure what was going on but I think for a dine-in it should be a more relaxed environment so people can enjoy their time there. The service I got was more suitable for a take-out only place. So I don’t recommend dining in. Take-out is probably the way to go. Food was 10/10 though.
We are thrilled to have discovered this restaurant! The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming, and--most importantly for us, with 4 small children--family-friendly! Our kids were even able to order from a kids' section of the menu, which worked out well for them, as they're somewhat picky. Their portions were huge and the food was delicious, especially the lo mein noodles! My husband and I ordered a few Maki rolls, which were delicious! The waitstaff and hostess were so warm and friendly and made our experience great. We can't wait to go back!
Wishing I could give six or seven stars. We think this is the best Chinese food in the region. Others do, too, because the dining room (and especially the small bar) are filled on weekends. We typically order takeaway (a brisk business for them) and it’s always delicious. Each dish has its own distinct flavor and is cooked to perfection. I don’t know how they manage to do that when we have a 15-minute drive back home and the dishes arrive piping hot with crisp vegetables and toothsome noodles. The chicken wings with onions and sweet sticky sauce? Fabulous. Shrimp egg foo yong? Yes. Chow fun with beef? Definitely. It’s all good. We stick with the Chinese menu and haven’t tried the sushi. The pad Thai was not our favorite. House of Fortune is a must.
