Customer feedback regarding House of China presents a mixed perspective on the dining experience. One customer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their recent order, which included chicken wings, fried rice, and French fries. This reviewer raised concerns about the quantity of both the rice and fries, describing them as "embarrassingly" small for the price paid. They also criticized the quality of the rice, suggesting it was pre-cooked, which they felt detracted from the taste. The French fries were rated as average in quality but were deemed severely lacking in quantity for the price. The chicken wings received particularly negative feedback, with the reviewer describing them as dry and the accompanying sauce as an unappetizing combination of garlic and other condiments. This customer expressed extreme disappointment with their overall experience, stating that they felt the meal was a "total disgrace to Chinese food" and would not recommend it based on their encounter.

Conversely, another customer shared a remarkably positive first-time experience at House of China. This reviewer was "so surprised" and described the food as "the absolute best Chinese food in a long time." They specifically highlighted the food as being "moist" and "juicy," concluding that it was "absolute delicious" and recommending others to "give it a try," assuring them they "will not regret it." This glowing review presents a stark contrast to the negative feedback, suggesting a potential variability in food quality or individual preferences.

Given these contrasting experiences, it is important for local users to consider both perspectives when deciding whether to patronize House of China. Ordered chick wings and fry rices also tried with French fries. First the quantity on the rice and fries is embarrassing. Way too little for 12 dollars each. Rice was pre-cooked quality which is a no no cause that doesn’t even bring the real taste out. The fries were like a 3-4 but once again 1 bag of fries is 9 dollar I was served like 1.50 cents worth of it, if we talking numbers I say 23 fries in total which is terrible. Now on to the chicken wings I have a specific spot where I usually buy my Chinese food but I wanted to try this spot out wings were 1/5 I’d even give it a 0 cause wings were dry, that’s kind of acceptable if you have order as much wings as me not everyone will come out fresh but the sauce they put on it was like garlic and some other condiment that does not go with wings so I wasted about 22.50 or somewhat dollars for both orders, and I say I wouldn’t even sell it for a dollar, total disgrace to Chinese food. Score 1 out 10. And if they can’t get fires or rice or wings right I doubt the other menus will be decent in taste quality or either quantity cause they can’t fill a tray of fries which is the cheapest thing on the menu lol, what I had to make in my own house cause that food was gross. Simple mash potatoes with fried rice and eggs with ham and onions

I’ve eaten at pretty much every Chinese take out in the Dundalk area and they are by far the best. Food always tastes fresh. When it comes to Chinese take out it usually feels like hit or miss but these guys are consistent.

These people are MORONS, been getting delivery for about 3 years maybe 6 times a year. I call to place an $80 order and they tell me they don't deliver to my area, they just delivered to Edgemere TWO weeks ago. Anyway I think she thought I was giving in for pick up, for that I'll just go to Great Wall.

Doesn’t even qualify as fried rice. Its just bland, brown, rice. No egg fried, or veggies. General Tso’s chicken is on point though. I suggest Lo Mein instead of the rice.
