HOTT Catering was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding day. The food was absolutely delicious and I knew our guests would love it when we first had our tasting. Chef Tho, Alexus, and Amanda have all been really great to work with and communicate with. They were really kind and professional. They were also able to accommodate any of our guests with special diets or allergies, which was really important to us. So many of our wedding guests raved about how great the food was and that it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. I like that our wedding will stand out in their memories as having the best food, lol.

We just had Hott Catering in charge of the food for our wedding reception and can’t be happier. If balancing the budget for the event causing you headache (choosing a great venue but must compromise your food selection, or vice versa), I highly recommend consider this catering business and their partner venue. Few remarks on our experience working with them 1. Service: Professional. We have an assigned event coordinator who not only keeps us on track with the deadline and pay attention to details to help us elevate the experience for our guests (napkin holder, candle holder, timing for outdoor patio, etc.) 2. Foods: Excellent. I think pictures speak better than thousand words. And one comment from our guests “The quality of food at your reception really shows appreciation to the guests who travel long distance to be here today” 3. Venue: Romantic. If you like spending good time with your loved ones and friends in a cozy atmosphere (live music surrounding by string light) with an epic canyon/mountain view, you should consider their partner venue as well. 4. Budget: Flexible. Their package fee are posted on the website but again they are willing with your budget without compromising the food quality.

Hott Catering was amazing not only in the food but staff as well. We had a great time working with the staff to get the food just right for our wedding. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. One of the biggest compliments we can get from our wedding was that everyone loved the food and were stuffed! The team was incredibly nice and made sure to check in on us after every meal. We were even able to take home some leftovers for later as we were busy greeting everyone. Nothing like eating some tasty food the day after!
