This hints at a potentially spacious setting, perhaps with unique remnants of its previous decor, creating an interesting and perhaps eclectic ambiance. While the reviewer noted that the ongoing transformation might lead to some "odd" decor, they strongly recommended overlooking this aspect for the sake of the "tasty food" and "amazing service." This suggests that the focus at Hot Spots Eat Fresh is firmly on the quality of their cuisine and the attentiveness of their staff.
For those with specific cravings, like the ever-popular General Tso's chicken, Hot Spots Eat Fresh seems to be a promising choice. The star of the show, the General Tso's chicken, received high praise for the freshness and taste of the chicken pieces. The reviewer appreciated that the chicken was not overly sweet or spicy, striking a balance that likely appeals to a wide range of taste preferences. While they noted the absence of broccoli, a common accompaniment to this dish, the quality of the chicken itself was a definite highlight. The accompanying white rice was described as typical of what one might expect from a Chinese restaurant – a neutral base to complement the flavorful main dish.

The inclusion of "Wing" in their name suggests a selection of chicken wings, possibly with various flavors and sauces, offering a more casual and American-influenced option alongside their Chinese fare. The addition of "Ramen" indicates that they serve this popular Japanese noodle soup, providing a comforting and flavorful alternative. Finally, the mention of "Boba Tea" points to a selection of refreshing and customizable milk-based or fruit-based drinks with chewy tapioca pearls, a perfect complement to any meal or a treat on its own.

Customer Reviews
The location is a former beach vibe food place with a huge outdoor court, now it a family style Chinese spot, the service was amazing, the portions are huge and the food was very good. The transformation on going so the decor is odd, but if you can over look that, stop in for some tasty food.
I found Hot Spots Eat Fresh after looking around for spots nearby that searched for General Tso's chicken. This is one of my favorite dishes. This restaurant had high reviews, the food pics look good, so I said why not give it a try? I placed a pick up order online from their website and parked and went inside to get my food. I did notice they do have a drive through and curbside pick up. Inside was pretty spacious and it had a few people eating around lunch time on a weekday. My food was ready when I went to get it, which was awesome. General Tso's chicken was very delicious. The piece of chicken meat was fresh and tasty and good pieces, but the tough and chewy parts of the chicken. The flavor was good, not too sweet or spicy. However I wish they had broccoli included. The rice was steamed food and tastes as you would expect white rice from a Chinese restaurant to taste like, bland to mild flavor (It's white rice). I definitely would recommend this spot and you should try them out too. I know I'll be back!
Hot Spot Eat Fresh 02-18-24 I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Always enjoy eating here. What we had! We ordered appetizers. A5. DUMPLINGS (8) - Chicken dumplings (Fried) come with dumpling sauce. A12. HANDROLL SCALLION PANCAKE Crispy and flaky, hand roll pancake layered with green onion (1 whole piece), come with dumpling sauce We asked our server about the Takoyaki octopus balls with mayonnaise and sauce. He was nice enough to make us a sample to try! They go above and beyond! Our meals! I had R1. CHASHU RAMEN - Handmade Chashu (Soft braised pork belly), soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and green onion. The broth was flavorful and the Pork Belly was really good. My grandson had T2. TERIYAKI BEEF BOWL - Teriyaki beef, onion and carrot with steamed rice and sesame seeds The Beef was cooked with sliced onions and Teriyaki sauce. Strong flavor We also had a Boba Tea and Strawberry Peach Smoothie! Everything was fresh and flavorful
Picked up lunch from here today and was super impressed. Decided to add the spicy wontons last minute and am so glad I did, everything smacked. Guy in the window was really nice too. This will definitely be a new go to spot for us
I adore the dood here. I am very texture picky and that's not an issue here. I usually get sesame chicken, and if that's your usual DON'T DO IT! Their sesame chicken is not great texturally but DON'T FRET! Everything else here is so delicious! I've been thrice in the last 2 weeks. My favorite dish here is the teriyaki beef! The scallion pancakes are a wonderful comfort food. The service is great! We never wanted for anything. And whatever you order, add some eggs to it!!! They are so jammy and yummy! My husband loved the Mongolian beef. The rice is so yummy and the wontons are incredible!!!! I'm so happy we saw their post a couple weekends ago and tried them out. Definitely a new staple!
