One reviewer shared their positive experience with a variety of dishes, including the cilantro chive rice roll, pork and taro fried dumplings, shrimp and bamboo dumplings, garlic bokchoy, and fried tofu skin with shrimp inside. The reviewer also complimented the delicious tea and the quality of the service received.

While the overall experience was positive for this particular reviewer, they did note a few areas for potential improvement. They mentioned a slightly strange smell inside the restaurant, which might be a temporary issue or something to be aware of. Additionally, they felt the bokchoy could have been cooked a bit longer to achieve more tenderness, and the pork and taro dumpling was perceived as too fried and greasy for their personal preference. However, they found the fried tofu skin with shrimp to be quite enjoyable. Despite these minor critiques, the reviewer concluded that the quality and service justified the price, expressing a willingness to return.

Liked my experience here! I got the cilantro chive rice roll, pork and taro fried dumplings, shrimp and bamboo dumplings, garlic bokchoy, and fried tofu skin with shrimp inside. The tea was delicious!!! The service was quality! It smelled a little strange inside though. The bokchoy was yummy but could have been cooked a little longer to be more tender. The pork and taro dumpling was too fried for me personally and super greasy. The tofu skin was quite fried but still yummy! Not too expensive for the quality and service. Might go back again!

We came here for dinner, and wow. Fantastic Chinese food. Highly recommend the garlic pea sprouts and minced pork string beans. High levels of umami and diverse flavors, all while avoiding the trap of using too much oil. The sauces on the table only add to the experience.

There was no line to get in (weekday) but no one to greet us. We patiently waited for about five minutes before someone signaled us to sit down to the table left of the door. We told the wait staff that we did not want to sit at that table because it was drafty (cold wind) with heavy foot traffic. The only other table for two available was behind the screen in front of the door. We reluctantly took the table since our minds were on dim sum. It was so cold that one of us went to the car and got our jackets and shawls. I never ate bundled up and freezing with cold air coming through the door. The hot tea helped a little. What made matters worst was that I went to the restroom and next to the restroom, there was a large dining room that was about 15% filled. The tables had linen table cloths and napkins. The room was warm with no drafts. Tables were mostly for 2 - 4 persons. Why wasn't we offered this room and why was we told that the table we were sitting was "the" only available table for two????? This did not sit well with me. That's why I am only giving it 3 stars. The food was well presented. All dishes were served temperature hot. Each dish had its own distinct flavor. Pieces are a little larger than most places. Prices are average to most dim sum places. Parking is difficult - metered street parking.
