Hong Kong Garden

We order from here very often and recently I placed a large order for a school event. Vicky and the staff went out of their way to ensure all of the orders were correct and packed perfectly for our school teachers. All were so sweet and so helpful throughout the ordering process. The staff raved about the food and were very impressed with the Hong Kong Garden. We will definitely back for regular meals in the future!

If I could rate negative stars I would. Incredibly rude woman refused my order, called me a liar, and denied I was a customer. Literally order from them multiple times a week, both work and home. Welp, never again! Good job losing a once loyal customer.

The Best Chinese food on Earth, better than actual food from China. 10/10 would recommend, truly a staple on the culture of Somerville. Possibly the best restaurant on Main Street Somerville. The food was delicious, see picture below! The service was excellent, super nice people, very helpful too. The prices are also pretty cheap, will be returning!!!!!!!!!!!

Very great food. Excelent service and friends inside. They were very nice when giving me food and sauce was includ free! The noodle taste very great and i even added a picture to show! I love HONG CONG GARDEN! best chinese establishment in the Somerville area!

Wasnt gonna post this review because it felt petty, but I want others to be aware just in case. I ordered two separate orders with two separate bills and when I came to pay, the lady with the short hair added up my total wrong. She initially overcharged me by $20 dollars and then ultimately still overcharged me by $3. It was only $3 and I was in a rush so I just considered it a tip, but it still just rubbed me the wrong way. If anyone is in a similar situation, make sure you calculate the total yourself before handing over your card or cash. I don’t want to accuse her of anything, but it seemed really shady… my bills were $50.17 and $15.77. She initially said $89 and then ultimately charged me $69 and change. Even if you were to just round you can clearly see that the total has to be around $66… she literally just made up a number lol. Like even the change amount didn’t add up at all. Like I said, I was in a rush and I didn’t really care, but I felt that people should be aware. Also their orange chicken was trash. Basically all breading.
