Hong Kong Fusion

Hong Kong fusion is such a great restaurant. The service is always top-notch. And the food is always great, but the real treat here is the tea. Peter serves a wonderful assortment of ancient tree puerh tea from the mountains of China. This tea is more akin to tasting a wine. It's incredibly complex in flavor and unique in smoothness. Some of the tea trees are 2500 years old! This is a truly special experience that everyone must try!

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the tea is out of this world. Ive been at least a dozen times or more, and have tried numerous dishes (General Tso's Crispy Triple is my current favorite). I have never had anything that I didn't like. All of that being said, the service tops it all. Outstanding is an understatement. The owner's passion for tea is only matched by his passion for providing a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We ordered Red curry with vegetables to go with steam rice - what we got is only vegetables that too not fully cooked. We orders take out soup which was missing in the bag. Grilled salmon had no sauce or flavour just hot steam . This place is different when you dine in and for take out it’s all messed up.

We stalked this place for 1 months. We love an hour away. We finally decided to take the drive today 7/3/24 @2pm and we are happy we did. We were met by Mr. Peter, who was so welcoming. He seated us, we needed to use the restroom and he showed us where. We knew already what we wanted to get, and he took our order. Mr. Peter offered us tea to taste and boy was it good. Our food came out and it is the best Chinese food we have had in some years. I have attached a video to show what we got. The food was flavorful and so tasty. We ordered Broccoli in garlic sauce which I give a 9/10, beef spicy lo mien 100/10, habenora spicy general tso chick 1000/10, pork fry rice 100/10 and honey walnut shrimp which was a 8/10 because it was a new taste for us. Overall our experience is amazing, so much so I’m still here writing this review. If you are looking for an amazing atmosphere and host and food, I highly recommend this place. Thank You Mr. Peter 🩷

Fantastic food and amazing service. Been coming here for years and we've always had a great experience - no exaggeration. The owner takes his time to provide a very good experience and the food is top notch. Even on Christmas Eve he was very kind even though they had many many phone orders. We'll be back, hands down. The tea is definitely worth a try - Peter gives a great, personal tea experience so you know what you're ordering and get to understand the background on the different teas they offer!
