Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

I will never order from this location again. I ordered shrimp and broccoli. I got beef and broccoli and then on top of that the delivery man couldn’t wait for me to put my dogs away. He kept banging on my door and calling my phone which caused my dogs to go even crazier. The service sucks they don’t know how to talk to people and they have no patience. Just disrespectful. I will never order from this place again.

The food was a decent proportion, a little expensive but the food was hot and delicious! I even called to compliment them on the food and I grew up in the city and have lived in rich areas so I know good Chinese food when I taste it. I like pork egg rolls and they didn't have them, that was the only issue lol, other than that. The food was tasty, saved one meal for the next night and heated it in the microwave and it was still good which was a good sign because I've Chinese food at other restaurants and if I would microwave it the next day it would not taste good but this restaurant food is pretty good! Do seem a little mean on the phone though! Service was fast!

The service in this place is outrageous especially for delivery and never again I will order here!! The first time I ordered they got mad at me but it was understandable because it was super cold but still got mad because I didn’t give him him enough tip just for one order , Second time I gave him a good amount of tip just for two orders (gave him ten dollars) and he still got madd for not giving him more and we’re not even that far of a distance .Another thing that has happened every time I called they always have an attitude and when I tried to add another item he told me “you can’t order anymore” and hung up on me. I know I should’ve stop ordering but I thought they would change but now I know the type of people they are and will stop from now on so don’t order from here unless you want to get screamed at.

To start off the people who work there are super rude literally have no personality, Secondly the delivery service is not recommended especially the guy who does it , for some reason the guy expect for tips and it’s only a little bit of order (Literally gave him $10 for two orders and still wanted more)and we’re not even that far distance from each other. I always tell myself they’re probably gonna change their attitude or they’re gonna stop screaming at me but no today they got super mad at me today and when I tried to add another item to my order they got rude and told me “you can’t order no more” and hung up on me so fast soo if I was you I wouldn’t order unless you wanna get screamed at.

Absolutely GROSS PLACE they literally have roaches, the owner is incredibly inappropriate!!!!! The food is always cold and tasteless.. And they're so expensive! Literally do not think they should even be open! Please do not spend a penny here!
