Hong Kong Buffet & Grill

We have always enjoyed dining in and carry out. Staff is always friendly and food is always fresh and delicious.

My wife and I were driving home from Detroit and found this Siri found this little gem for us. My wife speaks Chinese so she was able to communicate easily with our waitress. We enjoyed the food and the service was very good. My only peeve was that the tea was way too strong and bitter. No problem No Place Is Perfect.

Ok, went here with family, everything was normal until my sister gasped upon finding a centipede in her rice noodles. The plate was quickly grabbed by staff, no apologies were given, the rice noodles were left on the buffet, no discount or refund was offered. Sad part is ruined Chinese for me.

Fyi now charge you 15% tip for parties 7 above. That includes children. Nowhere is it posted and I asked for it to be removed because I don’t tip at buffets unless service is exceptional since I serve myself and they would not remove it. We won’t be returning

Food is ok. Quality lacking but lots of choices. But if you have food allergies DO NOT eat here. They are RUDE and inconsiderate and act like they don’t speak English once you ask about the ingredients. Very disappointing. Now I am suffering from allergic reaction.
