Hong Kong Bistro is my favorite dim sum spot in Seattle! Everything on the menu is so good, but the green beans are my absolute favorite—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. If you’re into good dim sum and you’re in the area, this place is a must. Cozy, delicious, and always satisfying!

Nice spot for a legitimate late-night meal. Was not a fan of the pepper beef short ribs. They were very chewy and slathered with an untasty sauce. I really liked the century egg porridge- definitely get it with Chinese donuts for dipping. Condiments on the table (pepper, chili, soy sauce) were disgustingly sticky. I opted out of using them because of that.

Food taste really good. A lot of selections for dim sum and regular dishes. They serve dim sum whole day. Prices are reasonable! Will definitely come back!

A+ Restaurant and Kitchen nearby are still better for HK food but this is not a bad alternative when those are closed for late night since this restaurant stays open really late. Anything fried here is pretty good when they make it right (noodles, rice) everything else is just ok. Consistency isn't good. Sometimes, not enough flavor, sometimes additional ingredients are added, sometimes tastes like HK, sometimes tastes more like a chef from the mainland cooked the food. I don't blame them too much though. With such long hours, they for sure need different chefs in the back. Photos are from different times I've eaten here. I only come here when other places are closed. Look at the slight differences each time. Wonton noodles were bland. Red bean ice was not HK style at all. Red bean wasnt sweet, only the blended ice was. Was just plain boiled hard red beans with blended milk sugar ice on top. I didnt order the blended version with sago. I think this place is only popular because it stays open late.

Beautiful, large space. We came as a group of four on a Thursday evening after 9pm, they were pretty busy, and even then we were seated within five minutes, our server took our order within 10 minutes, and food arrived as it was ready within the next 30 minutes. Staff were helpful and efficient. The food was good, and the portion sizes were big for the price. Nothing exceptional flavour wise, but tasty and good value. We ordered the beans, Mongolian beef, chicken pan fried noodles, beef and broccoli, and chicken fried rice. Each serving of mains could feed two. Parking is tough in the area.
