Hong BBQ & Hot Pot Fowler

Loved everything about this restaurant! Food and drinks were amazing. Staff were kind, friendly, and tended to us amazingly! Place was clean. Price is well worth everything you’re eating. Such a great experience.

This place checks all the boxes for what you’d want out of a hot pot restaurant; quality, variety, service, atmosphere. Great selection of drinks. I like that they have kimchi, spicy pickled cucumber, fruits, and of course sauces and ingredients for sauces that you can mix yourself. And they have posters of different sauces with the ingredients lists to make them. I also like that their menu has a cook time suggestion written next to each item. Plenty of parking on their premises.

I recently visited a Hong Kong hot pot restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely wonderful fresh, flavorful, and full of variety. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and there were so many options to choose from, making the meal even more exciting. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I can't wait to return for more!

Have you ever ordered food and, as you were still ordering, it was already showing up at your table?! I mean, yeah, it’s hot pot, so everything is raw, but still—the speed had me shook! Our server was literally taking our order while food was already rolling out. I LOVED every second of it. I’m a huge hot pot fan, but there isn’t one near me, so for my birthday, I made the drive to Tampa to try Hong BBQ & Hot Pot—and let me tell you, best. decision. ever. Hands down, best birthday dinner I could’ve asked for! The selection was amazing, the flavors were on point, and the whole experience was just chef’s kiss. And let’s talk about our server—this man was a MACHINE. The place was packed, and he was the only server running the whole floor. But even with a full house, he was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish I caught his name because he truly made the night even better. If you love hot pot or KBBQ, this is the spot. 1000% worth the trip—I’ll definitely be back

First time trying Korean bbq/hot pot w my boys. What an experience! Leah was our server and she is THE BOMB.COM! Asked if we knew what we were doing and when we let her know that we didn't, she took the wheel and helped out. Every step of the way, she was there!!! Love this place. Good was great. Will definitely be back soon!!
