The first time I had Ho Mei, I thought it was great value for money, and the food wasn't too bad. However, after two more visits and trying their catering, I'm a little more tempered now. Lo mein has been good each time. Fried rice has been a little dry. The orange chicken and Korean chicken have been extra dry and hard to chew. The teriyaki chicken is good but the ginger taste is almost too strong. The Mongolian beef is 25% beef and the rest is onion and peppers. The service is great and the actual establishment is nice and clean. They also give you a lot for the price. I just wish the food wasn't so dry. Happy to change my review if this improves in the future.

The quality of food and portion size has gone down since it first opened, which sucks. It use to be an upgrade from Panda Express. The fried and lo mein taste bland, less vegetables in the fried rice. Overall an ok meal if hungry. Definitely a better Chinese food option than other places around this area.

I heard some great recommendations for this restaurant and it definitely lived up to the hype. My partner and I both got a 2 meat entree and an appetizer and it still was under 30 dollars for the entire order. My favorite meat of the 4 we tried was Korean Chicken and my partners was the beef and broccoli, but all of them were delicious. I’d definitely recommend the fried wontons though above all else. They were the perfect amount of fluff and crunch a wonton needs that a lot of other similar restaurants don’t do as well. Definitely enjoyed this visit and I’m sure I’ll be back!

I’ve had this place on my list for a while and wanted to finally try. The food looked great on display. Many varieties and options. Tried the 2 entree special with lo mein, general tso, teriyaki, orange chicken, and spring rolls. Very generous portions. However the food was nothing more in quality than Panda Express. It tasted greasy and overwhelming. I really thought this would become a place I frequent but I felt so fatigued after eating half the entree and wasn’t satisfied. The place was also very hot. Outside was cooler.
