HK Takeout Chinese Food

I love, and I mean love Asian cuisine. This being my only experience with this resteraunt, i hope it was just an off day for them. With that said, i ordered general tso and fried rice, and 2 other platters. The food was cold, literrally cold, soggy and absolutely tastless. The sauce on the general tso chicken tasted like ketchup. The fried rice was white rice with a couple onions in it. Literally steamed white rice with a couple onions. The hot and spicy chicken was as hot as ice water. The sweet and sour chicken was popcorn chicken with watery sauce. I will probably not give a second try.

This is my favorite Asian food in the city. Good value for the price, affordable but when you get the right things here it’s great!! Every single time I get the same thing and it’s perfect every time: the pork fried rice is perfectly cooked, and I always get bourbon chicken and boneless spare ribs. I’d love to see more pictures of the actual food because I’d like to try new things here but I want to see what it’s actually going to look like. $43 with a $5 tip from DoorDash.

I will NEVER order from here or uber eats again! I ordered $70 worth of food (mind you this was my second order because uber eats cancelled the first one due to the driver taking way to long. Me and my family waited 2 hours for our food just for them to cancel) they also charged me a $10 cancellation fee. So I reorder our food which also took too long and after waiting 2 hours for the first order that got cancelled I wasn’t about to make my family wait again so I cancelled and because I cancelled after they were “preparing” the food they kept ALL MY MONEY! I contact uber eats they keep saying it’s nothing they can do for a refund. I also called the restaurant and they saying it’s nothing they can do and to call uber eats. 1. Uber eats already said there’s nothing they can do for a refund and I spoke with multiple “human” agents! 2. If you can get uber eats on the phone you’re lucky! 3.This is not how you treat loyal customers who spending their hard earned money. It’s not fair. IDC if I cancelled while the food was being prepared, I didn’t receive it so I should be getting my money back regardless. It’s not fair that y'all get to keep all my money even though I didn’t receive my order so I deleted Uber eats & I'm never ordering from here again

Food is typically good I decided to try the Pad Thai wrong move basically noodles no flavor what happened to the tamarind sauce? I would order anything else besides pad thai

General tso chicken was disgusting. Asked for extra crispy and was still clucking .. OK, so they don't know what extra crispy is although she she asked me over the phone, crispy or extra. I can get over that. But the food was mush , didn't taste like any other General tso I've ever had. Shrimp fried rice was underwhelming, no taste. Egg roll wasn't fully crisp. I did order crab ragoon which actually was a 10/10...never again. Oh but the customer service, also 10/10. Literally threw out my entire meal. A waste of $43 dollars
