About Hibachi

Hibachi is a meal delivery service located at 3230 Medlock Bridge Rd #106, Norcross, GA 30092, USA. Despite the name, customer reviews indicate it is a restaurant specializing in authentic Chinese cuisine. The chef and owner, Mr. Kong, has a history with the well-regarded Little Szechuan Restaurant on Buford Hwy. They can be contacted at (678) 428-8501 or +1 678-428-8501.

Customer reviews suggest that Hibachi prioritizes the authenticity and flavor of its Chinese dishes over elaborate presentation. While the restaurant may not have an "impressive presentation" or "fancy decor or ambiance," it is considered a "hidden gem" for those seeking genuine Chinese flavors.

Several dishes are highlighted for their unique and delicious taste. The Lomein is described as a standout with a unique flavor profile and spices that are particularly appealing. The beef broccoli is cooked in a sautéed sauce that is "packed with flavor" and leaves a lasting impression. The General Tso Chicken is another recommended item, featuring a "savory sauce" rich with chicken flavor.

For those looking for a truly authentic culinary experience, reviewers suggest asking for specific dishes not commonly found on standard menus, including the authentic egg foo yong, Hong Kong style fried noodles, black pepper beef, USese 3 cup chicken, and ginger fried rice.

Overall, Hibachi in Norcross is recommended for individuals who value the quality and authentic taste of Chinese food over a visually impressive dining environment. It is presented as a place where the focus is squarely on delivering flavorful and genuine Chinese dishes, with the expertise of a chef with a notable background in authentic Chinese cuisine.

No specific information regarding the restaurant's environment beyond its lack of "fancy decor or ambiance," additional services beyond potential dine-in (implied but not explicitly stated for delivery), or any promotional information is available in the provided text.

This restaurant may not have the most impressive presentation, but it is a hidden gem for authentic Chinese cuisine. The chef and owner, Mr. Kong, formerly owned the well-known Little Szechuan Restaurant on Buford Hwy. The dishes here are all about authenticity and flavor. The Lomein is a standout with its unique taste and spices that will make your taste buds dance. The beef broccoli is cooked in a sautéed sauce that is packed with flavor and will leave you wanting more. The General Tso Chicken is another highlight, featuring a savory sauce that is rich with chicken flavor. Overall, this restaurant may not have fancy decor or ambiance, but it truly shines when it comes to the quality and taste of the food. If you're looking for an authentic Chinese dining experience, this is the place to go.

Update: Kong and Steven are no longer the owners and my review is not a reflection of new ownership. Ordered here for the first time and the new owners, Kong and Steven, were super nice and welcoming! I found out that Kong was the owner of my favorite restaurant Little Szechuan, that is now HiPot on Buford Hwy. I am looking forward to all of my favorite Chinese plates. I highly recommend the crab rangoon 😋

Chicken chow mein was disgusting. The noodles were soaked completely through from a less than two minute drive home from the restaurant. Not a crunchy one in sight. For some reason instead of putting them in a separate container like every other restaurant, they soak them with what looks like chicken soup. When I called to complain, the restauranteur seemed to refuse to believe that I know what chicken chow mein is, and seemed to think that I wanted soft noodles and was mad that they were crunchy.

The absolute best Hibachi around town. Very generous meat portions not just all veggies! Amazing yum yum sauce!
