About Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet, located at 3131 Capital Blvd #109 in Raleigh, North Carolina, offers a comprehensive Asian buffet experience that goes beyond the typical expectations of an all-you-can-eat establishment. As a Chinese restaurant with a significant emphasis on buffet-style dining and a prominent hibachi grill feature, Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet aims to provide a diverse and high-quality culinary journey through various Asian cuisines. Recent customer reviews overwhelmingly praise the restaurant for its exceptional service, immaculate cleanliness, reasonable pricing, and, most importantly, its fresh and flavorful food offerings.

The environment of Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet is consistently highlighted as a major positive aspect. One reviewer described the restaurant as "spotless," emphasizing that this cleanliness significantly enhanced their overall dining experience. This attention to hygiene creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests, setting it apart from other buffet establishments where cleanliness might sometimes be a concern. The well-maintained environment contributes to a more enjoyable and reassuring dining experience for everyone.

The services at Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet are frequently lauded for their attentiveness and efficiency. One customer stated that the service was "incredible from the moment I walked in," noting that the staff were "consistently attentive, checking in often and offering drink refills without me even having to ask." This proactive approach to customer service demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free dining experience. The friendly and attentive staff contribute significantly to the positive overall impression of the restaurant. While the primary service style is buffet, the attentive table service elevates the experience beyond mere self-service.

The features of Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet are numerous and contribute to its strong reputation. A standout feature is the impressive variety and quality of the food. Reviewers consistently praise the freshness and flavor of the dishes, with one customer stating, "Every dish I tried was fresh and flavorful, and the options were impressive—from classic favorites to more unique dishes." This suggests that the buffet goes beyond standard offerings, providing a diverse selection that caters to a wide range of palates. The inclusion of a hibachi station is another significant feature, with one reviewer specifically highlighting it: "The hibachi station especially stood out—the ingredients were fresh, the chef was skilled, and the flavors were on point." This interactive dining experience, where food is cooked to order in front of the customer, adds an element of entertainment and ensures the freshness of the meal.

Another key feature is the reasonable pricing, especially considering the high quality and variety of food offered. One customer mentioned that "The price was more than reasonable for the quality and variety offered," indicating excellent value for money. This affordability, combined with the superior quality, makes Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet an attractive option for individuals and families looking for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. The buffet format itself allows diners to sample a wide range of dishes, making it a great way to explore different flavors and cuisines.

However, one reviewer did mention a specific policy regarding dining time: "if you stay 90 minutes over, they charge you." This is a notable point that potential customers should be aware of. While the reviewer acknowledged the establishment as "very clean" and having "delicious" food and "very friendly customer service Atmosphere," they expressed concern about the time limit, especially for those dining with large parties or small children who might require more time. This policy, while perhaps intended to manage table turnover during busy periods, is something to consider for those planning a leisurely meal.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. However, the consistent praise for the reasonable pricing in relation to the high quality and variety of food can be considered an inherent promotional aspect. The value proposition of a top-tier Asian buffet experience at a more-than-reasonable price is a significant draw for customers. The positive word-of-mouth, as evidenced by the enthusiastic reviews and recommendations, also serves as a powerful form of promotion.

For local users in Raleigh and the surrounding areas, Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet presents itself as an exceptional choice for an Asian buffet experience. The consistently high ratings for service, cleanliness, food quality, and variety suggest a commitment to providing a superior dining experience. The standout hibachi grill adds an interactive and freshly cooked option to the already impressive buffet selection. The reasonable pricing further enhances its appeal, making it accessible to a wide range of diners. While the 90-minute overstay charge mentioned by one reviewer is something to keep in mind, the overwhelmingly positive feedback suggests that Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet is a top-tier destination for Asian cuisine in the area.

Whether you are craving classic Chinese dishes, fresh sushi, or the interactive experience of a hibachi grill, Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet appears to offer it all in a clean and welcoming environment with attentive service. This was hands down the best Asian buffet I’ve been to in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredible—staff were consistently attentive, checking in often and offering drink refills without me even having to ask. The restaurant was spotless, which really stood out and made the whole dining experience even better. The price was more than reasonable for the quality and variety offered. The food was absolutely top tier. Every dish I tried was fresh and flavorful, and the options were impressive—from classic favorites to more unique dishes. The hibachi station especially stood out—the ingredients were fresh, the chef was skilled, and the flavors were on point. I genuinely have no complaints. It’s rare to find a buffet that nails great service, cleanliness, and quality food all at once. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying, high-quality dining experience. I’ll definitely be going back!

Food was delicious. Very friendly customer service Atmosphere. However if you stay 90 minutes over, they charge you. What if your with a big party or small children, you have to eat quickly. Never heard of such at an all you can eat buffet...but a good establishment very clean

Today, I visited a place called "Hibachi - Grill Buffet." When I went to pay for my meal, I received a bill and handed over my card. However, after receiving the receipt, I noticed a discrepancy. I asked why the amount was different from the bill I was originally given. At that moment, a Chinese woman started yelling at me, telling me to shut up and leave the restaurant. I was told that the difference in price was due to the fact that cash payments are not taxed, while card payments are subject to taxes and transaction fees—and that I was expected to cover these costs instead of the restaurant (which is not true). When I pointed out that this practice is illegal, I was verbally attacked. Additionally, I raised concerns about the high sugar content in the food (such as shrimp), which poses a serious risk to diabetics and could even be life-threatening. I suggested that there should be labels indicating which products contain sugar and other flavor enhancers. My concerns were completely ignored, and I was met with more verbal aggression. So, dear customers, if you don’t mind being overcharged, verbally abused, and consuming excessive amounts of white sugar (even in shrimp!), this place might be for you. However, if you value good service, quality food, and fair pricing, I strongly recommend choosing another restaurant. Furthermore, I suggest that the appropriate IRS authorities take an interest in this buffet. Avoiding tax payments, discrepancies in bills, and forcing customers to cover transaction fees—which should be the restaurant's responsibility—are nothing short of fraud and legal violations.

My family and I have patronized this business for many years, however we will not be returning. My mother and I had an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience yesterday. When we received the bill, I noticed that it was unusually high, about $50 for 2 buffets and 1 tea. As I'm looking over the bill I see an extra charge. I call the waitress over because I'm thinking it must be a mistake. She tells me that the extra charge is because we were dining for over 90 minutes. I asked her when did that policy go into effect because again I have eaten there for years and have NEVER been charged that fee. As my mother and I are discussing the bill with the waitress, a male customer sitting at the booth behind us with 2 other men starts yelling at us saying that we should be discussing that with the manager and not the waitress. It took us by complete surprise. What was even more surprising and disappointing was the lack of involvement from the employees. Not one manager came over to de-escalate or inquire about the altercation that was happening in their establishment. We were being attacked by a man who was twice our size. The customer who appeared of Hispanic decent even told us to "go back to Africa". The issue with OUR bill had absolutely nothing to do with him so I don't understand why he felt the need to attack us. When we got home we called and spoke with the manager. She simply did not care. She said she didn't feel the need to get involved because the altercation was between customers. The situation could have ended badly. Not only is it an unsafe environment, it's now unreasonably over priced for a mediocre buffet style restaurant, that has decreased their food options and quality.

Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant over the weekend. When we went to the buffet my bf realized that it wasn't a lot of food that he would like ( most SUPREME buffets have a good selection of non chinese food ) but he was still willing to try the food. We got our plates and sat down. What chinese food i did eat was covered in salt and he didn't even touch his plate. The fried chicken was so rubbery it wasn't edible and the sides he got were disgusting. We left the plates and got up to leave, telling the waitress we weren't going to eat there cause the food was not edible. We were than yelled at and told we still had to pay... after I made it clear we were not paying for food we couldn't even eat the lady at the front still charged us for one meal. My bf isn't very confrontational so he paid it but we will never be back and warn others to do the same.
