Hibachi Grill Buffet LLC

WARNING!!! 2/3 people who went with us got food poisoning, including myself. The girl that didn’t stuck to the green beans and dry steak. We’ve been in agony for days. Dining experience was off putting— staff didn’t talk to us and restaurant was empty. I avoided odd looking meats but still got sick. Very expensive too. We paid $70 in a party of three to get horrible diarrhea for days.

Food and service were very good, especially for buffet style food. Atmosphere was terrible. Seated between a family with children running sprints down the isles for fun and a family with a screaming child, I'm talking top of there lungs screams every few minutes just for fun. No one said a thing. Might as well eat dinner at a playground. Teach your employees how to handle unruly customers. It's not worth loosing multiple good customers over appeasing one bad one.

We got there there was about an hour and a half left for service there wasn't any sushi on the bar. Most of the food was pretty fresh the hibachi was just okay not a lot of selections looks like they could use an update on their decor The table they sat us at was pretty cut up pretty badly I'm sure that they have different selections out on the weekend we were there on a Tuesday night. Service was pretty good other than that and think we'll try it on a Friday or Saturday night and see if there's a difference there weren't any desserts left on the tray and they didn't look like they were going to fill them up until I asked them for my selection they did bring it out when I asked them to My grandkids had a good time they like a really good buffet we will come back just to check it out on the weekend

Despite some not 5 star reviews, I thought this place was great. We love a Buffet, and they are getting harder to find. But the wait staff were polite and very attentive. The food was piping hot. All the children in the place were well behaved. Can't wait to go back.

Everything was going good until I was paying for my food. I handed them my debit card and they charged my debit card 400+ dollars by mistake leaving me no cash until they voided but it takes 3+ business days to get my money back. This is the kicker they said after they voided the transaction they tried to use my debit card again but it was declined. I had to explain to them that’s because you took all my money out of my bank account until the money gets back in there, it’s not gonna work. They offered me no free meal or no discount. They wanted me to leave my debit card there which I will not do. They wanted my phone number and come back to pay for the meal. So, I paid with my Apple Pay and now I’m cashless until either my money gets put back in 3+ business days or I get paid at the end of the week. An this happened on Sunday.
