Hibachi Express Japanese Restaurant

Some Hibachi places that I ordered from I get wayyy more shrimp for and order of shrimp and rice. I got seven pieces of shrimp for $15. The chicken and rice was ok I did get a lot of chicken. I’m just very disappointed because I felt like it should’ve had some more shrimp! I’ll have to stick to my other hibachi place that normally order from. I won’t order that anymore

Ummm... It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I feel like there are other hibachi places in the area that do better. Also, the woman working up front is a little bit short and rude with customers. I had to tell her about three times that I ordered online. She still couldn't find my order and then tried to act like it was my fault. When done, she walks your order up front, places it on a table and walks away. I wasnt impressed.

This place only takes care of their guests if they order by phone or online! Walked in at 5:40pm 1 person inside, already ordered. I made my order 5:44pm, 1 chicken hibachi, 1 steak hibachi & 3 simple rolls. I stood inside while watching them make order after order for online, DoorDash, call ins etc, while I waited an HOUR before I asked where my food was, and they were just now starting it! And wrong at that! I ordered med rare and I heard them say medium, as I repeated back “not medium, medium rare”. So, I thought they were correcting it, and giving me my money back. So I waited, and they acted surprised I still wanted my food. I’m sitting there with my daughter waiting for dinner, of course I want it! If I knew it was going to be an hour I would’ve went to an actual hibachi and got the whole show! No restaurant etiquette, no customer relations. Nothing Express about this place! Maybe better luck with online and call in orders!

They are always consistent and polite which goes a long way nowadays. For this not being a full size restaurant like Ginza and Takara they sure do throw down! Prices are solid and well worth it, thanks for putting in work, it's why we keep coming back!

My boyfriend and I have went here twice. Both times impressed. Ordered chicken and fried rice. Also chicken, fried rice and steak. (Steak wasn’t the greatest but that’s only my opinion). The employees are very sweet and appear to be hard working. We plan to come back and share this place with our friends and family. We’re happy we found our go to dinner spot when we don’t feel like cooking.
