We were there on Sat night, they had snow crab legs! And they refill very frequently. That's the super popular item! They have a whole lot of different type of food. Service was okay, I felt they were understaffed. But they had a huge crowd and people kept coming, very very popular spot! The dining room was fairly packed! I would recommend this place and will plan to return!

Roaches in my asparagus! In my to go order ! The man who weighs the food even accused me of placing the roach there at my home. The roach looks crispy and seasoned not a fresh killed roach . Do better Hibachi

The food is good but they can do better. And the place does need a little bit of a cleanness. The only part that I didn't like is when I try to tip my waitress for some reason she expected much more . I respectfully tipped $10, and she flipped out saying that there's more people sitting at my table not just one and that everybody needs to tip which there was 4 of us only so I tipped her the $10 and walk out . Every time I go here , there's a few waitress that demend high tips.

Good hot food and good selection for a buffet... It's not 5 star dining by any means but good for a buffet. Sushi leaves something to be desired. Not that great. The waitresses were good and friendly and weren't pushy about tips like I read in other reviews. There is a woman who walks around YELLING over a walkie-talkie yelling out different foods to the back which is extremely unpleasant to be around and unprofessional. It's a very busy place.

The men’s bathroom needs major TLC!! My boyfriend and I went here on a slow Wednesday evening. I’ve never used the bathroom at this establishment before (Thank God). However, my boyfriend’s meal and appetite was completely ruined after seeing how disgusting the Men’s bathroom was. Feces all over the toilets and floor. The entire upkeep of the mens bathroom is horrific. He says there were even a pair of underwear on the floor filled with feces and could tell overall the bathroom has not been cleaned at all. There is ZERO soap in the bathroom to use for washing your hands. Disgusting. I felt so sorry for my boyfriend because he was traumatized after seeing this. Appetite was completely lost after this which anyone could understand. Many people work in this establishment but cannot clean the bathroom? Come on. We informed our waitress and she stated she would let the manager know.
