Heaven Dragon Thornton

I ordered on door dash, but need to share the review here as well… this place makes absolute SLOP The quality of meat was so poor that it could have came from a can, and everything was stewing in juice - not sauce. I’ve never had such awful tasting sesame chicken, it was all mangled and overcooked using dirty oil. I’m furious about the food I received, I ordered 3 dishes and threw the entire $100 order in the trash. I’ve ordered in the past and it was decent, not sure if there has been a change in ownership/chefs.the boxes are crappy non-microwaveable.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The pork seemed to be boiled and overcooked, we didn't receive our chow mein with our order. The egg drop soup was gamey, and both that and our wonton soup were flavorless. The crab cheese Rangoon was sour and I bit into something tough when eating the seasme chicken. Not to mention we received uncooked raw vegetables with our sweet and sour chicken. Overall it was an extremely distasteful unpleasant. I would not try it again and would not recommend it to anyone.

OK, I had a friend telling me to try this place, but due to its location, I had overlooked it quite frequently. If you walk in the place is pretty well rundown, but as I will tell you don’t let that deceive you. This is probably one of the best deals on Chinese, and it is definitely not bad Chinese, I would say it is above par compared to many places in Thornton I think there is not enough business for the owner to continue to invest in things such as the carpeting which you will see is worn However, the food, I have only been disappointed once out of them many times that I have been there. The service may be a little slower, but quite adequate, and overall very nice experience. Overall, I would say this is a definite try, and there is a special that they have that is for two or more people and it includes a poo poo platter. I would highly suggest it. It will be more food than you will be able to eat. Literally includes a poo poo platter, an entrée for each person, and I believe dessert. Try it I definitely think you will be surprised!

This is my all time favorite Chinese restaurant. Anytime we are even close to Brighton we stop by. The food is wonderful, prices are very reasonable and portions are huge Service is great no matter how busy they are. During our most recent visit I had walnut shrimp. My husband had the combo drunken noodles. Lunch entrees are served with a choice of soup and 1 cheese wonton and egg roll. They start you off with complementary wonton chips with sweet and sour sauce and house hot mustard for dipping. Similar to the chips and salsa you get at some Mexican restaurants. I love this. Our entire meal came to a little over $25 and we both had leftovers to take home. Love this place!

So disappointing. Haven't had it in years and was super excited to have some good take-out tonight. Everything was super over cooked and under flavored. Forgot the sauce for one of the dishes we ordered. This place used to be the best in town. Tonight was a huge let down.
