You had to be there! Great experience with family, our server was there but not over bearing. The food was delicious, and I mean wow! I forget the name but the bright sushi was light as a feather and the spicy orange chicken (my plate) was 🔥🔥. Enjoyed the vegan options. The drinks also left us stunned.

Solid sushi spot. DJ was playing (Friday night). Busy but not overwhelming. Prices reasonable. Portions were large for sashimi compared to other places. Solid spot for a date. Would not recommend bringing small children. Overall 8/10 experience.

We went to Harney's on a visit to the San Diego area. We were looking for a good sushi restaurant and were not disappointed. The fish was very fresh and excellently prepared. If you visit the fresh wasabi is a must try as it is amazing. They have a excellent bar with many different craft cocktails. We had various sushi rolls and appetizers. We would definitely go back again

My friend and I were in Oceanside visiting the California Surf Museum and wanting sushi for lunch after. Harney's worked out perfectly. We got there right when it opened and sat at the bar. The atmosphere is very splashy, Las Vegas big restaurant feel. Sara, the bar tender made us amazing drinks while we ate at the bar. You have to order the Mezcal Margaritas and the Lychee Gimlets...the BEST! The wait for our food order was long, considering there were only a handfull of people dining. My friend liked the sushi more than I did. He ordered the Double Diablo Roll, Rollz Royce Nigiri and Uni Nigiri. He loved the Double Diablo Roll and said the rest were OK. My Protein Roll was very loose and messy to eat. They use the already premixed tuna for spicy tuna rolls instead of solid tuna pieces in the Protein roll. I'd come back for just the drinks at the bar not the sushi. Atmosphere: big, flashy, Las Vegas restaurant feel. Service: bar tender Sara, excellent. Food: OK

My family of 5 and I hated the sushi. It was way too sweet, the fish and seafood lacked flavor, even had some really gross tasting fish pieces that made me nervous about quality and if we will end up sick. Seems like they use way too much sauce to cover up the low quality seafood. The appetizers we had of cucumber salad and seaweed salad were just ok. The orange chicken dish was pretty good. Everything was EXTREMELY over priced. The service was decent although we had to ask for water refills. Would not recommend or ever go back.
