Two items are repeatedly lauded as being among the best "around": their **Orange Chicken** and **Crab Rangoon**. One enthusiastic customer declared them the "best around," while another specifically praised the Crab Rangoon for being "large and loaded." The **Sesame Chicken** also receives high praise, described as having "a wonderful sauce and the chicken was crispy and delicious." Even for items a customer typically dislikes, such as fried dumplings, Happy Wok manages to convert skeptics, with one reviewer stating, "Fried dumplings which I don’t like – I really liked these!" The **vegetable fried rice** is highlighted for being "loaded with large chunks of vegetables," indicating a commitment to fresh ingredients and generous portions. The environment at Happy Wok is consistently described as **"very clean."** This is a significant positive for any food establishment, particularly one that is often busy. A clean and well-maintained storefront instills confidence in customers regarding the overall hygiene and care taken by the restaurant, including potentially the kitchen operations. The fact that the "store is very clean and always busy" suggests a well-managed operation that handles high customer traffic effectively while maintaining cleanliness standards. While the reviews primarily focus on the takeout experience, the cleanliness of the pickup area is a direct reflection of the restaurant's commitment to providing a pleasant and hygienic environment for its patrons.

For online orders, the food is consistently reported as being "always hot and ready when I come for it," which speaks volumes about the restaurant's organizational skills and commitment to timely preparation. This efficiency is crucial for a busy takeout establishment, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and at the optimal temperature. The constant ringing of the phone with new orders being placed, as observed by one customer, further underscores the high volume of business and the staff's ability to manage it effectively, a testament to their operational prowess.

Finally found a good Chinese restaurant in Jefferson County" and "10/10, I'll be back!", acts as powerful word-of-mouth marketing, attracting new customers. The consistency of hot and ready food for pickup, coupled with friendly service, also fosters strong customer loyalty and encourages repeat business. While specific prices are not mentioned, the perceived value derived from the quality and quantity of the food likely contributes to its popularity. Yes! Finally found a good Chinese restaurant in Jefferson County. The veg fried rice was loaded with large chunks of vegetables. Sesame chicken had a wonderful sauce and the chicken was crispy and delicious. Crab Rangoon was large and loaded. Fried dumplings which I don’t like- I really liked these! I had a feeling it was going to be good because their phone never stopped ringing with new orders being placed. I will be back!

I would give them five-stars but their crab rangoon has a ton of sugar in it. It's harder and harder to find good crab rangoon that's not sugared down. Schnucks next door to them has premade crab rangoon that's not as sweet. So we usually just stop by schnucks first and grab their crab rangoon and then order our entree from Happy wok.

Ordered online came in to pick up my food. The cashier wanted me to fill out the tip portion when he literally did nothing except forgot to put part of my order in the bag. If I do all the work on my own to fill out my own order and all you do is hand it across the counter partially filled ... I guess I'm just out that money. No tip is required. Do not go here. Horrible customer service
