Happy Wok

I have ordered many times from here in the last couple of months without a problem. The first time I ordered the family meal I was pleasantly surprised at how big it was it even came in a takeout box of how big. Yesterday I decided to get the family meal for my family and wow the portions are not the same. This is definitely not a family meal worth $45.00

I didn’t know what to expect from this establishment yet I was pleasantly surprised! The building and entrance and parking lot don’t look all that great. Yet this restaurant served up fresh delicious food. I would have never found this place had I not been in the area for a work assignment. I wouldn’t drive across town for this place but next time I’m in the area for an errand or work I’ll consider it. The General Tso’s tofu was fresh, crispy and well sauces. The egg drop soup was hot and hot the spot. This place is not gourmet however I enjoyed my meal and have leftovers. I would recommend it.

FIRST OFF EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS FRANCHISE IS UNSATISFYING, RUDE AND VERY UNORGANIZED!! The delivery driver was super nasty!! I was a bit farther than where I usually get my food delivered to me, the male that took my order made it seem like it was okay. An hour and 30 minutes go by and I call to know the status of my order. Come to find out my order was never completed . I then told them to just cancel my order. They proceed to tell me “ I should’ve ordered from Uber eats.” . Not only was I livid but I cussed them out from front to back. NEVER ORDER FROM THE AGAIN!

The chinese lady was very rude when I asked question since this was my first time here . She made it seems like she’s giving away the food for free . Fried Chicken was nasty , it has a funny taste. I could NOT eat it . The fried rice there was no eggs , very little veggies . The rice was Par boil rice doesn’t taste authentic Chinese food. I tried calling manager never got back to me.

I ordered food from there prior on the phone I also repeated it several times because I don’t have time to wait cuz I’m on a tight schedule for work. They still got my order wrong and they said they’re can fix it but it’ll take a couple minutes. I don’t have spare minutes on me so I just asked for a refund and they said they can’t serve us anymore if we ask for a refund. Why do you have to punish me and my daughter for a mistake you did. The food is decent but not worth the stress👎
