Happy Lamb Hot Pot

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Bellaire is a fantastic dining experience! The service was awesome, and the fresh food provided for the pots was top-notch. The broths were excellent and incredibly tasty, especially the Tom Yum broth, which was exceptional for seafood lovers! It added a vibrant, tangy kick that perfectly complemented the fresh seafood. Don't overlook the dessert options – while small, they are mighty, especially the ice cream cups! I highly recommend this spot for a delicious and satisfying hot pot adventure.

Food was excellent! You can tell that all their seafood and meat that they serve is fresh! Also, the presentation of the food was stunning! Service was good! Very friendly and accommodating! Ambiance is very nice, clean and spacious! Decoration is nice as well.

It was a pleasant experience overall! The meat was marinated well and had a great flavor. The variety of the buffet was great. There are not many sweet options, but I personally do not mind since the savory food is the focus of a hotpot. The prices were as said. The service was a bit slow and it is good to try and remind the servers to bring u more meat rounds. The place is pretty and spacious. I would note a minor issue with the cleaningnes of the buffet utensils, and some dishes, but overall it also looks clean and taken care off. It is also accessible for anyone with wheelchair since the tables and the corridors are very spacious. Friendly people like Leslie :)

I recommend having the dual soup. I really enjoyed the tomato soup which was creamy and tomato forward. The Tom Yum was also good as it was tangy and flavorful. I ordered the premium which included the Ribeye, natural lamb brisket and Angus beef. The roasted lamb shank was included but I’d avoid it. It’s a little dry and just fills you up. All the meat was decent and I just focused on those items to make the most of the price. The meatballs weren’t that great so I’d avoid those. The seafood was so-so. And I wished they had a better sauce selection. Overall, if you’re coming here it’s for the meat and flavorful broth. It’s probably the best broth I’ve had so far.

This AyCE Mongolian hot pot chain is a spacious and pristine, with great ambiance. The prices are very reasonable for all you can eat. I tried the $33.99 premium menu which includes all the meats (beef, lamb, etc) and full access to the buffet. The Ribeye and beef belly were my favorite cuts. There was a good selection of vegetables and seafood as well as hot food items (try the chicken, very tasty!). The buffet also includes non alcoholic drinks and dessert, including ice cream. You get up to two broths. We tried the three broth option & the thai broth was the tastiest. All in all, very good if you like the Mongolian flavor. They also have children’s pricing so ask about that!
