The Eggplant w/ garlic sauce was amazing as usual (comes w/ white rice). It came hot and well cooked, the eggplant was melting in the mouth. The Spicy Rice Noodles w/ veggies was okay. The noodles were overcooked, given to it the soggy/sponge texture. The broth was flavorful and level of spicy was on point in my opinion. We also ordered 4 spring rolls and those ones were disappointing. It came cold, greasy and no flavor at all, not even the sauce. Service is always the same, not too much talking (even when you are asking something about the menu) and food will be over your table in at least 10mins. I think the atmosphere could get better, it was very noise, and not because of the costumers… We spent 38$ without Tips.

Easily my go to Hunan cuisine restaurant in UWS. Very affordable lunch specials menu. Recommend the kungpao chicken, shredded beef, pork belly, and green beans.

Ordered delivery and thought it was one of the better deliveries in the neighborhood. My big thing is authenticity and this order seemed very authentic. Double cooked hunan pork and mouthwatering spicy chicken. Both dishes were expertly spiced and executed. I do like it spicy though so if you don’t maybe this isnt for you. Happily the chicken had been hacked up with no bones and balanced out by the peanuts and cilantro. The pork was perfect. This will be on the regular rotation for spicy Chinese food.

Came here for dinner and was completely satisfied. Cozy spot with delicious food. Started us off with a teapot full of yummy tea. Everything is shareable, large portions. Had leftovers to take home. Food is flavorful and worth it. Will definitely come by again. They also have a lunch special!

Food was so bland. Spring rolls had hardly any veggies and they had no crunch. Just oily. Ordered chow fun and the noodles were sticking together, overcooked, and had no soy sauce. Again super bland. You can see in the picture how white the noodles are because they were glued together and they didnt bother to give it a proper time on the wok withlittle soy sauce The sopicy general teo was also bland! I couldnt believe it. Texture was also off like it had been reheated.
