The food was good NOT excellent but good . It’s a small place and it was empty which was a plus because you get a nice private setting. The staff was very very slowed they ignored us more for more than 10 minutes when we first came in. I️ asked questions regarding some of the dishes which I was not familiar with but the girl who helped me was LOST. Overall not a bad place but would not go there again

This is a great place for everything but sushi, it has a great staff and nice ambiance. But I grew up on the shore eating sushi all the time and this was some of the most bland and tasteless sushi I've ever had. I got the spicy combo so it came with 3 different spicy rolls and I honestly could not tell which roll was which. They all tasted the same, which was warm, soft, and tasteless and every piece has a different point of ingredients, some literally only had rice and cucumber, no fish. But maybe that's what sushi is like on Long Island because this place is rated so highly when it's mediocre at best with it's sushi.

Never seen a chicken tempura roll look like this... it was basically microwaved. Even the eel sauce is dried up...avocado has black spots. Very questionable sushi. Never had a bad experience with sushi before so it's disappointing. 😔

My husband & I visited Hana a few months ago & were pleasantly surprised. We decided to stay home on New Year's Eve & order Sushi from Hana as our regular Sushi Restaurant is permanently closed. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The Sashimi Deluxe Dinner consisted of 24 small pieces of fish placed in a plastic pan without rice. There was only 1 container of soup, although we ordered 2 dinners which were supposed to come with soup. The soup's container was not properly closed, it spilled in the bag on the way home. We ordered 2 Korean Pancakes, but only got 1. When I picked the food up, the waitress seemed confused about which was my order & showed me a piece of paper with scribbled handwriting I could not read, to verify the order. The only thing I could make out was Chirashi, which was one of the dishes on the order I placed. The note did not have my name on it. The Chirashi was cramped in a small plastic container & the quality was mediocre. The dinners came with a house salad, which was a small container of chopped greens. We also had a veriety of appetizers which were very small portions. To sum it up, it was definitely not worth $95.00 and we did not get an itemized receipt, therefore we ate unable to check what we were chargef for. Hana might be a decent Sushi place to visit, but my advice is, Do Not order take-out.
