For practical considerations, one reviewer provided a helpful tip for payment: "Bring cash otherwise you will be charged for a small fees using credit card." This indicates a preference for cash payments and advises customers to be aware of a potential surcharge when using credit cards. This is important information for those planning to dine at Han’s Kitchen.

Another reviewer highlighted the quick and easy meal options available, stating that a meal with one entree (choice of rice, porridge, or noodles) and three sides costs approximately $11.50. This suggests a value-oriented approach with customizable meal combinations. They also advised customers to "come early because close to the end of the night food are mostly gone," indicating the popularity of the restaurant and the potential for items to sell out. To address this, the staff reportedly suggest calling in advance if you cannot make it in time, and they will hold food for you, showcasing their helpfulness and willingness to accommodate customers. The current English name of "旺旺美食" is Han's Kitchen, not Jia Jia Kitchen. The restaurant opens at 11 am, but their people work so hard and start working at 9 am to prepare the delicious food for their guests today. Because the weather is very hot today, I came to the restaurant to buy a cup of blueberry green tea to cool off and quench my thirst. It tastes delicious and not too sweet. After drinking it, the heat is gone and I felt energetic and refreshed. I would like to emphasize that the service attitude of the staff here are excellent, very empathetic, and treats others as they treat themselves, which is really precious.

The Chinese chive pocket tastes like deep fried, and the inside is not warm. The dishes are so so. Besides the bento dishes, they offer pork dumplings and some noodle soups. It's a place for a quick bite, but not good food!
