Based on recent customer feedback, Han Fusion is highly regarded for its "great Chinese food." One reviewer specifically highlighted several dishes that were particularly enjoyable, including the udon noodles, Szechuan tofu with mushrooms, and chicken fried rice, all of which were described as "very good." This positive feedback indicates that our Chinese culinary offerings are a strong suit and a reason to visit our establishment. For those seeking classic and well-prepared Chinese dishes, Han Fusion appears to be a commendable choice in the Hanover area.

However, the same reviewer offered a note of caution, advising against ordering Thai or other non-Chinese dishes from our menu. They specifically mentioned that the green curry tofu was "not good." This suggests that while our Chinese cuisine is a highlight, other fusion attempts might not meet the same standards. It would be prudent for customers to focus on our Chinese specialties to ensure the best possible dining experience at Han Fusion.

The overall dining experience at Han Fusion is enhanced by its "great ambience." This suggests that we have created a pleasant and inviting setting for our guests to enjoy their meals. A comfortable and well-designed environment can significantly contribute to the enjoyment of the food and the overall satisfaction of the dining experience. Coupled with "good service," as also mentioned by the reviewer, Han Fusion aims to provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons.

It is important to note a practical detail mentioned in the feedback: "They charge extra with credit card though." This is a point for customers to be aware of when planning their visit and considering payment options. While the food and service are well-received, the potential surcharge for using a credit card is a factor to keep in mind.

Another enthusiastic customer shared that "This place is really good!" and highlighted our selection of "a lot of classic dishes." This reinforces the idea that Han Fusion excels in providing authentic Chinese cuisine that resonates with those familiar with traditional flavors. The reviewer also mentioned that some of our dishes evoke memories of "food my mom cooks and dishes we always order for Chinese New Year," suggesting a level of authenticity and comforting familiarity in our cooking.

For those with dietary preferences, Han Fusion offers "a nice variety of vegetarian dishes." This inclusivity ensures that vegetarian diners can also find satisfying and flavorful options on our menu, making Han Fusion a suitable choice for a diverse range of dietary needs. The reviewer specifically praised the "cumin lamb" and the "tomato egg," indicating these as standout dishes that are particularly enjoyable. The inclusion of cumin lamb suggests that we also offer dishes with distinct and flavorful profiles beyond the more common offerings.

The positive reviews collectively paint a picture of Han Fusion as a Chinese restaurant in Hanover, NH, that excels in providing delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine in a pleasant setting with good service. Our menu features a variety of classic dishes, including notable vegetarian options and unique specialties like cumin lamb and tomato egg. While it is advisable to focus on our Chinese offerings, the overall experience is generally highly positive. Customers should be aware of a potential surcharge when paying with a credit card.

In conclusion, if you are in Hanover, NH, and looking for a Chinese restaurant that offers great-tasting classic dishes, a welcoming ambience, and good service, Han Fusion is definitely worth a visit. Great Chinese food but don’t order Thai or some other dishes from menu. Udon noodles, Szechuan tofu with mushrooms and chicken fried rice were very good. Green curry tofu was not good. Great ambience and service was good. They charge extra with credit card though.

This place is really good! They’ve got a lot of classic dishes. Things that remind me of food my mom cooks and dishes we always order for Chinese New Year. There’s a nice variety of vegetarian dishes. I love the cumin lamb and the tomato egg.

Not sure how I missed the fact that there is GOOD CHINESE GOOD in Hanover. But I'm going to chalk it up to Covid and my having quit going to Hanover...😬😬😬 It's, you know, cost benefit analysis: the cost of having to attempt to park in Hanover was NOT outweighed by any of my prior dining experiences. 🙄🙄 However! I decided I was going over there today after reading Han Fusion's menu online and seeing sections that said "authentic" and "tripe" and "pork belly." Okay! Bet!! Turns out the undergrads are gone at the moment and driving and parking in downtown Hanover was delightful! Han Fusion is located below street level and has a nice, big dining room with old school white tablecloths. There is also a comfortable bar. Which is where I sat. I always want to sit at the bar. Because that's where I get to talk to/meet people and we were having such a good time (me, husband and wife owners, food delivery driver) that I had to TEAR MYSELF AWAY. After 3+ hrs... Good times! And REALLY good food!! There is no Chinese food in a hour radius of Hanover that can hold a candle to what they're serving at Han Asian. No. Really. Trust. I started with a selection og appetizers : cucumber salad fried shrimp (delicious comfort food); steamed veggie dumplings (very good, complex flavor); crystal shrimp dumplings (LOVELY!). I ate my cucumber salad and then used the delicious sauce for my veggie dumplings. With a spoon even. Such a good combination! Then I mixed some hot mustard in the dipping sauce meant for the dumplings and used that for the shrimp ones. Heavenly! (I used Duck Sauce for the fried shrimp...it's just super good, fresh, comfortable stuff.) I ate all of it. Which was "kind of" a mistake?? Because really I needed more room for more entree!! I ordered Homestyle Tofu and Black Mushrooms Chow Sum. Holy. Crow people. I haven't had any Chinese food even close to this anywhere in Vermont or New Hampshire. Perfection!! Crisp, fresh, perfectly cooked veggies, fantastic sauces. Everything arrives so hot you could hurt yourself. But it's SO GOOD you don't want to wait to eat it. Despite REALLY making an effort I've got of tofu for tomorrow. Which I'm not really mad about... Next time I'm gonna skip starters and eat as many entrees as humanly possible!

This food is dangerous. Dangerously delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it. I have now eaten most of three entrées and my belly hurts and I am sleepy. The general Tso tofu was very well flavored with a bit of bite. The lo mein was also quite good. The Moo shu vegetables were well seasoned especially with the plum sauce however unfortunately they forgot to give us the pancakes to go with it.
