Han Dynasty Brooklyn

Our server was called Jose & he was so sweet. I want to take him home. I loved him. All the servers were excellent. Very attentive & were always close at hand if you needed anything. We were seated in a lovely little booth & given water & a lot of green tea. The menu was explained to us as they use different number to show you how hot the dishes are. Higher numbers = higher heat etc. Our order was taken and the food arrived swiftly. The food was good. Obviously, not the best quality but adequate for the price paid. I went here with my wife as a brief detour from our Trader Joe's trip and was pleasantly surprised. The place seemed completely packed and somehow we were seated and eating within 20 minutes of arriving, not sure what witchcraft made that possible. The food and atmosphere was great my only complaint being their spice levels being really off. I am a spice lover and my wife , not so much . I ordered a spice level 10 dish that although delicious did nothing for me and even my wife agreed it wasn't really spicy. Don't be afraid of those numbers everything seems a bit more mild here than expected.

Love this place. Always come on my lunch break. Lunch menu prices are worth it, all options are delicious. Server Jose was so sweet and so attentive. He also makes amazing drinks!

The place made me felt like I went back in the times. The place was superrr cooollll. They had a Photo Booth next to it, the photos came out superr cutee. Drumrrrooolllll to the one and only chili oil dumplings. It was one of best dumplings ever. I doubted if it would taste good but it was straight up a chef’s kiss. The Thai tea was a ride to heaven. The structure of the noodles was perfect, the chicken felt fresh and was tasty. They gave a complimentary tea, it felt refreshing.

Ordered the spicy beef noodle soup takeout and the first thing I realize is that there are no napkins or utensils. Then when I opened the soup, it looked nothing like on menu ( a dark red colour). It was pure Chili oil which I verified while tasting it and caused me to chock because of the spice. Also very bland. Very disappointed that this is what I get for 20 dollars.
