Skip the spicy dried beef noodles and go for dumplings. True to the title, it was spicy dried beef noodles, but it was heavy on cooked, dry noodles, hot, but very light on everything else. It’s disappointing because I’ve had dumplings here that I thought were great. This was not worth $14.00 pre-tax and tip.

Okay , nothing spectacular however The dumplings were a bit hard but still edible. I ordered the pork dumplings & the sauce they were served in was very tasty. Customer service was non existent but I don’t blame him i hate working Saturdays too lol. I’ll give it one more try- I won’t cancel them out just yet.

This is inside the Halcyon Market Hall. It’s not that great to be honest. The filling didn’t seem fresh. The sauce is good though. $10 for 6 chicken dumplings

Disappointing Dining Experience I recently visited Gu's dumplings and, unfortunately, it was a letdown from start to finish. The ambiance was lackluster, and the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested, and it took an eternity to get any attention. As for the food, it was a disaster. I ordered the dumpling for my daughter, and it arrived with spicy source. I request to switch to non spice and Lian refuse without paying for the source. It was evident that the kitchen lacked attention to detail, and the flavors were completely underwhelming. I expected much more for the price I paid. They even added food color to dumplings instead of using fresh vegetables. To add insult to injury, when I raised my concerns to the server, they brushed them off without offering any solutions or apologies. It's safe to say I won't be returning, and I advise others to think twice before choosing Gu's dumplings for their dining experience.

Use to love this place, but over the past year it’s gone down hill. Food quality and taste is not good anymore. The chicken and cilantro use to be very good, now it’s chewy and lacks flavor. The prices are too expensive for what you get. On top of that, you can’t even get a cup of water without being charged… not happy with this place. I would recommend many other Asian restaurants that are clearly better and cost less.
