We ordered like 6 different dishes and they all tasted the same. The food is super oily and I bet it tastes similar because the same flavored oil is used to make everything. On the plus side I guess the portions are reasonably good. If you don’t like oily food, definitely don’t recommend.

Figured I would try this place as it's close to my job, the food was OK, not great. The rice was good, the wonton soup was not what I expected, the wontons too soft, the broth was tasty. The Gen Tsos chicken was also tasty but bigger chunks, not crispy like I'm used to. The bill was also expensive, $35 for these 3 items, not much food. If the food was better I'd be more inclined to try more of the menu but I won't be ordering again.

This is my favorite restaurant in the area. The service is fast, they have excellent portion sizes, and they always welcome our large group of friends. Especially love the cumin lamb, tomato egg, hot sauce fish, and string beans. To the reviewers who have been very critical - you have to know what to order. If u order general tsos chicken anywhere it is not going to be as good as genuine Chinese food.

A small group of coworkers gathers at the Chinese tea restaurant that specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine. From the 495 freeway, it's still a long drive to Stonybrook. There's enough space in the dining room for a small group and one large table for ten people. Parking is in the back, shared with two other restaurants. At least eight dishes were ordered, including szechuan hot and spicy fish tofu, claypot fish, several cold dishes, and Yang Zhou fried rice. They're all good, just like you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant in downtown Flushing. If you're craving Chinese food in Stonybrook. The green tea restaurant is definitely worth a try.

Very authentic Chinese dishes. Been here many times and never disappointed with any dish. The pig feet dish was definitely a hit!! Would go back again to have it.
