Our favorite restaurant to go to for the family. Everyone loves it. Food, service and ambiance are great. Also Love the music and food channel on TV they run all the time. Pho and curries are authentic.

Quality of the pho has gone down significantly. Today will be the very last time. Broth was bland and gave off a bad odor. The slices of meat was bd. Smelled as if they put the raw meat in microwave to defrost. Also gave me a section that had was bruised? Don’t think it was spoiled but yea no. Wasn’t going to put that in my mouth. Super disappointed and do not recommend.

I previously ordered from this restaurant using DoorDash and it was amazing. Tonight I decided to do a pickup order for dinner since I was already out. My family ordered Grilled Bourbon Chicken, Fried Dumplings, Rangoons, and an order of catfish fillets. Foolishly I didn’t check my order prior to leaving. When I got home I noticed a long black hair fried into the fish. After working in restaurants for over a decade… I know that honestly sometimes this just happens. I called right away to have the fish replaced, but instead of apologies and an eagerness to rectify the issue… I was met with a rude response from management. He never apologized and cared more about me making it there before they closed, despite me saying I’m 20 minutes away and would make it. He made me feel like I had done something wrong, but I was so understanding and only wanted my food recooked. His rudeness and argumentative unapologetic disposition ruined my appetite. At that point I just wanted my money back… not for the entire almost $50 order, but just the fish. I only received an apology from the female associate AFTER I mentioned I didn’t get one and she inspected the food! She swore this never happens, but I highly doubt that since HAIR WAS FRIED INTO MY FOOD!! Honestly, the hair or driving 20 mins each way wasn’t the worst part…. It was the terrible demeaning service!

Lived in the area for many years never stopped here today I made the choice to see what they offer. It’s a big restaurant with a full long bar. However because of Covid you can tell things have changed. The decor is deep cherry wood nice little vibe. The menu was huge digital screen. They give a buzzer once food is ready you sit where it’s not occupied. The food was served in a To go container and on a tray. I got veggie pad Thai. It wasn’t spicy however it was cool wasn’t bad. The host cashier was friendly. I will go back and try other items with my family.
