Great Wok

Used to love this place when I was a kid. Family always used to go here and get take out Chinese and it was great. Recently the family members that used to run it have mostly left — their brothers/uncles/etc have been put in charge. Absolutely abhorrent good and a disgrace to those who ran it before. Star Garden and Green Jade are right down the street — would HIGHLY recommend going to them instead. I got chicken in garlic sauce tonight — it might as well have been chicken in water. Honestly such a shame & I was sad because I always loved this place. Cannot recommend to anybody. 2 stars because it’s still a family-owned business and they’re trying (badly) at least.

This place has been my go-to spot for Chinese food for a long time and the food is great. However, the service lately has been inconsistent and awful. They need to fix their online order system. Waiting extra 30-45 minutes after a pickup time or orders not being received even with confirmation on my end. I don't think I'll be giving this place another chance.

This was my first time ordering from here, and we will order again. The roast pork lo mein was a generous serving with more pork and more veggies than one usually gets. Very flavorful and we would order it again. The boneless beef ribs, while generous and tasty, were extremely fatty. I was very disappointed in the shrimp toasts. It was 3 quarters of a piece of toast. Every place else has larger servings. That said, the ratio of shrimp paste to bread was very high and it was quite tasty; I just wish there were more of them. Not enough to share. Everything tasted very good and most servings were generous. We will be back, and we will also try other menu items. I’m not sure what to recommend for ordering. I ordered on line, waited 10 minutes and when it was my turn, the man at the counter ended up checking his phone to find my order, to write it down and put it in. Ordering on line seemed to be a waste of time. The order was correct when I received it. The place was very busy when I came in, so it must be popular.

Went on lunch break to grab some food and try out a new spot and had ordered my food online and recieved an "Your order is ready" message so I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and the order wasn't even done and I had to wait an additional 45 min for my order. The food was honestly not good at all I honestly want to say the only edible this was the egg roll and that's pushing it as I'm extremely sick mere hours after consuming the food from this establishment. Honestly save yourself the trip and go anywhere else as the people in the back don't wear gloves and raw dog the food in the back after going back and forth touching raw ingredients, handling cash, and then touching cooked food.

The customer service was very nice and our order was ready in ten minutes. The owner was very kind and gave us two free drinks for coming there twice. Great Wok is a great restaurant I definitely recommend!
