Unfortunately the delivery person left my food on the ground where pests can get at it instead of opening the storm door and placing the bag on the bench. Additionally, non of the basic sauces were added to the order. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction and was told the owner or Mgr would call me back but my call was not returned. It's apparent they are not interested in customer satisfaction they just want to make money at all costs. Well, they lost another customer.

My daughter treated me to lunch here for the first time and the food was not good at all. I ordered house special fried rice and it was like two day old rice with sour onions and three shrimp. The peas were hard it just was a mess. Never again threw it away.

We’ve been ordering from here for years. Generally the food is pretty good, but the service is ALWAYS super slow, but we’ve come to expect that. Yesterday we had the worst experience and will never order from them again. After over a half hour past our delivery window I called to check on our food. The man told me to check outside, but there was nothing there. He said he was going to call the driver and call me back. In the meantime, I walked to my neighbors house and there was my food. Sitting out in the cold, at the wrong house. When I called back, the man started yelling at me. Like screaming. Trying to blame me for their mistake. That is the complete opposite of customer service and I will never give them my business again. In addition, the food was average at best. And the eggrolls had barely any filling.

I ordered the barbecue ribs with pork fried rice, the ribs and rice were horrible, no flavor or barbecue glaze on the barbecue ribs, they were undercooked. Also I ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice, the rice tasted burnt. Never going back again.

The owner is nasty. He seems to lack interpersonal communication and customer service skills, as talked down to me (is it because I am a female?). He also left out the mustard I SPECIFICALLY asked for NUMEROUS times as I placed the order.
