Great China

Great China in Chesapeake is a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic and flavorful Chinese food. Their dishes are always freshly prepared, bursting with rich flavors and perfect seasoning. I ordered on door dash. The driver was great but the food was cold and the general Tso's chicken was drowning in the sauce. The steamed dumplings were cold. The dumplings look and taste like the ones you buy at the market. It was horrible. I made a review on door dash but they won't allow bad reviews on their so I'm using Google.

The fried chicken wings were amazing. Everything else was not unfortunately. I also ordered the beef lomein, fried chicken wings, pork egg rolls, pork fried rice, fried rice with onions and sesame chicken. The lomein tasted off and had a dirty dish water flavor to it. The egg roll was not the best but not terrible, the sesame chicken was just okay. Both forms of fried rice were terrible and did not taste good at all, the rice was somewhat undercooked but other portions over cooked. The top item was the fried chicken, thats the only thing I would ever order from this place again.

Ripped off. Paid over $9 for some honey wings only. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the wings were super small & tasted weird. (Yikes..what have I done) It appears that this establishment may have sold me Pigeon wings due to the size of the wings. One would have thought for the price and size you would have received full size wings or maybe complimentary rice or a soda to offset the size of the wings I've attached pictures!!! make note the remnants of rice is because I asked my husband for some of his rice to complete my meal. Please don't order the honey wings. You have been warned. If you decide to order " May the force be with you "

Food is very good, nice portion sizes, service is accurate and quick. One suggestion.. alitte less salt in brown gravy. Thanks
